I call on the Republican Party to disband, without delay.

As a frequent lurker on Right Wing Boards (always gotta know what the enemy is up to) I am amazed by the number of GA Right Wingers that voted for McCain and against Chambliss.

And Dave of the Jungle, I couldn't agree more.

Palin Takes Another Shot At Outlining Role Of VP:

Yesterday in an interview with Fox’s Greta Van Susteren, Palin took another shot at outlining the role of the vice president. This time, Palin completely changed her answer:

" Well, they’ve to be exclusively, of course, concentrating on the administrative side of governance. And there again, that’s where my executive experience will be put to good use.

But John McCain and I have spoken a lot about the missions that we’ll be on together and about where he would like to see me lead. And energy independence is first and foremost what I will be able to help, in a supportive role, be able to help him get this nation firmly on that path towards energy independence."

Huh??....what the hell did she just say....

As Digby pointed out a while back, Palin speaks in gibberish just like W. She sprays out words and phrases that add up to nonsensical incomplete sentences.

At first I thought it was "on purpose" but I have my doubts about that now because she's been so criticized by Republicans about this particular question that she can't seem to answer.

I think it's the best she can do. In Bush's case, I think it's because he couldn't care less one way or the other if he's making sense.

And Joe Biden holds his blackberry up and says this about being VP- I have many friends in the Senate and I hope they call me once and awhile. He says he will miss the day to day interactions that he will be shut out of.

I have to share this...I was at Obama's rally in Des Moines yesterday, and Senator Tom Harkin said a line I had never heard before. "Remember, everything you need to know about the election you've already learned in driver's training. If you want to go backwards, you put it in "R". If you want to go forward, you put it in "D"! Love it!

Half of Coloradans have already voted.

More than half are disgusted with our national leaders and are throwing the bums out. The rest are hoping it isn't true.

Would love to see him do a campaign stop in Atlanta -- wouldn't it be incredible? Also is home of CNN.

The Obama campaign has a great grass roots get out the vote effort here in Georgia. Hope, pray, whatever it is you do to send good vibes our way and maybe, just maybe we can do it here in GA. If the lines for early voting here were any indication...it really is possible that Georgia will go for Obama! What a sweet day that would be.
