I just switched off Dumbass giving a tape delayed statement from the Cabinet Room....He's peeved with Nancy and stupidly playing it as if he were the underling to Pelosi...which, of course legislatively, he is. What an ultra-maroon as Bugs Bunny would say.

This is not news.
This will, in fact, be framed as ``Ah, those historians are totally part of the liberal intelligentsia and hate Bush, so they gave him a bad score.''
The clock's ticking until wingers again scrape the barrel’s bottom to begin the "anyone holding the presidency over these last 7 tumultuous years would share a fate very like that destined for Mr. Bush" meme...Mebbe about a quarter past 6 eastern tonight under David Gregory's relentless grilling (snicker!!!) Mornin' Blow might cough it up under mounting esophageal and political distress...

Is Italy now the Mexico of Europe? This news is depressing....
This is just an example of the kind of un-American behavior you get when you allow non-religious institutions of higher learning. We need to replace all these centers of insurrection with Christian madrassas immediately!

Repeat it often: Worst. President. Ever.
Don't ever let anyone forget or try to whitewash his record. He's young enough to carry on for a few more decades -- unless he apologizes profusely for his crimes, don't let time rehabilitate his image.

history has shown that 2% is good enough for a well-connected bottom feeder.

Since I pretty much expect ithe usual right winger responses of "Liberals Liberals, they're all Liberals!!" here's a nice quote that i like:
Quote: “It is not a coincidence that the two fields most commonly accused of being liberal - journalism and academia - are two fields whose central purpose is the pursuit of truth.” — Kenneth Quinnell
Which is why these 2 groups are often attacked by these types. As a matter of fact wasn't it David Brock, former right wing hit man, who"
directly addressed the right-wing "machine" in his 2004 book, The Republican Noise Machine, in which he detailed an alleged interconnected, concerted effort to raise the profile of conservative opinions in the press through false accusations of liberal media bias"

That 2% is a pretty ignorant, negligent, and maybe even CRiMINAL bunch.
OK, America, we've got tar & feathers enough to cover a lousy 2%.
Let's get to work!

Of course, the Monkey King Bush will only be informed about that small and insignificant two percent that apparently thinks the Village Idiot Bush is going a good job. Keep the Monkey King Ignorant and then he can have the plausible denyability factored in his future speeches.

You people are amazing...you believe anything you read.....why don't you use a little common sense and logic....this poll is ridiculous and irrelevant.............
Asking historians what they think of the current administration is pointless. Because it is not yet 'history' their opinion is no different than any other observer of current events. They are no different than any other political pundit.
Ask the historians after the administration is 'history'. Being that they are historians and study events well in the past, I would think they would want at least 10 years to analyze the impact of the Bush Administration.
But common sense and thinking for yourself doesn't work with you people.....

What's amazing is someone like yourself that simply can't believe what's right in front of your eyes. You have no problem believing what you haven't seen, but don't trust the hard facts.
The damage under George Bush has been SO consistent, that I don't think historians NEED 10 years to analyze the impact of the Bush administration. History is the past, recent or not so recent. What's DONE IS DONE AND HAS ALREADY BECOME A PART OF HISTORY.
You need 10 years to prove to the next generation that this president destroyed our country and it's reputation, it's economy and credibility??? We've had 8 years of the same destructive, greedy behavior. Isn't that close enough for you? 98% or even 60% or whatever ... that's a pretty solid number. You can blame a "few" people for having negative opinions ... when a SOLID MAJORITY of independent scholars (in addition to a SOLID MAJORITY OF AMERICANS) feel this guy is the worst and most destructive president in American history ... then your pitiful petulance is trivial. Unfortunately for Bush, this poll is NOT ridiculous or irrelevant. And very sad and pitiful for yourself, as well.
People like yourself are in the smallest minority of Americans ... and actually that is SOOO UNAMERICAN.

Looks like the godless heathens who conducted this "survey" didn't ask no questions of perfessers at Liberty University or Anal Roberts University or such like. Figgers.
Love it.
This will, in fact, be framed as ``Ah, those historians are totally part of the liberal intelligentsia and hate Bush, so they gave him a bad score.''
17% of Bush-supporting historians now feel he's a failure. That's harder to spin.
Exit polls place Berlusconi ahead
