PA is going to be a nail biter. Hillary may still win PA, but definitely not by a margin that will give her campaign any momentum.

O/T Regions/cities of America with the highest concentration of singles. ;-)

I am thrilled with these new numbers. There is a definite trend here. The fact of the matter is, these are two great candidates, and the sooner we have one drop out so we can focus on McCain, the better. Come on Pennsylvania, Obama and Hillary are so close on policy issues, but Obama will get the nomination, so let's just end this! Vote Obama!

if Obama wins Penn., its game over no matter what. If Hillary stayed in after losing Pennsylvania, its only to elect McCain, and can be exposed as such.

    Mark,

Hillary is definitely better than McCain, but I would not call her a "great candidate". ;-)

For Clinton, Simply Winning Pa. Isn't Enough

The Governor of Wyoming has endorsed Obama

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080402/ap_on_el_pr...

Elizabeth Edwards said that Clinton's health care plan was better than McCain's and Obamas, I think they are trying to endorse Clinton on the sneak tip because they really feel that it was Johns turn and Obama took that away from them.

here in the suburbs of Philly, I am seeing alot of Obama signs and buttons-plenty for Hillary, too but more Obama than I would have expected in our "Reagan Democrat, mostly Republican area

i've heard that Obama has decided to campaign hard in PA, and in states where he's done that, it really influences voters to switch from Hillary to him.

    Coming Undone,

At this point, the Edwardses are irrelevant. Obama is leading by a huge margin in Senator Edwards' home state of North Carolina and in the other upcoming primary states, Edwards influence is negligible.

She should continue to bring up Reverend Wright. Its worked so well for her so far.

Maybe she needs to really jog up those museum steps with the music playing in the background -- or go 10 rounds with a side of beef. Who couldn't vote for Hillarambo?

Even the dimwitted folk of my birth state are finally starting to wake up to the HillaryBUSHlit.

    Nigel Elliott,

In a lot a ways you are right but, if the Edwards endorsed Hillary it would play 24/7 and that would just give her more talking points about why she should be the nominee.

PA is Hillary's firewall now, how many firewalls does she have, maybe next she will want to count the votes from Zimbabwe to count for her.

"If Hillary stayed in after losing Pennsylvania, its only to elect McCain"

I am starting to think that was her plan all along.

Ed Rendell will try more race based initiatives to beat Obama

The only reason Clintoon is still in the running in PA is due to the Republican's who are pulling for her.

Some try to dismiss Obama's ability to connect with voters via his speeches by saying it is an empty gift. But if someone can connect with you, it means they understand you on some level...a requirement for being an effective President. Hillary tends to talk through you, indicating either that she doesn't know you or that she isn't interested in knowing you.

PA may be Hil's latest "firewall," but I am glad to report that the bricks are getting hotter minute by minute. Yes I know we have lots of ignorante white folks who will appreciate Clinton's racist appeal but we also have lots of decent folks of every shade who are seeing through her and maddog Bill the whoremonger and that stupid ass Carvil who is nothing but a carpetbagger in reverse. Hil's same ole same ole political machine offers NOTHING new: people say Hillary has baggage; I say she doesn't have baggage she has CARGO! To combine some well known lines from TV shows: Hillary, pack your knives and go; you ARE the weakest link!

Proud Pennsylvania Indepentdent for Obama: YES WE CAN!!!!

I can't see how anyone in PA would even concider voting for her (Clinton). Over 1.5 million manufacturing jobs gone because of what started with her man. See now says she was against NAFTA. Another lie coming from a career politician who only cares about their special interests. Obama might not be experienced in Worldly affairs, but at least he's not one of them. Hopefully Obama can get into office and pick a running mate that would complment his drive. We need to get back to America, take care of our own and remake this country to what it use-to-be. Respected.
