- If nothing else, Congress needs to tie the next bailouts much more tightly to management bonuses including at the very top.
How about we tie it closely to management firings, we're not bailing out these SUV H2 makings impediments to the survival of the planet, we're buying them out. A bail out is really a buy out, so to hell with these clowns. If we have to give them money to survive we should act like we're giving them money to survive.
