Actually, it's 8 superdelegates for Obama today, according to DemConWatch.

If and when (and it very much looks like *when* at this point) Obama's tally of superdelegates breaks even with Clinton's, anyone with two functioning brain cells left to rub together simply has to admit that it's OVER -- as in, the fat lady has sung her last note and you might as well stick a fork in Clinton because she's done.

If Clinton still manages to get herself selected as the Democratic Party nominee after this, it will only be the result of one of the most flagrantly corrupt and racist power grabs ever seen in this country. This would indisputably shatter the party to its very roots -- as would only be fitting, frankly -- and virtually ensure either a victory for McCain or possibly a write-in victory for Obama. Really, it would be prudent for Clinton to withdraw over the weekend and salvage whatever few flimsy fragments of dignity she still has left instead of continuing the campaign.

This is goin back and forth as more delegates decide, right? Because I am SURE I read somewhere in the last two days that Obama had surpassed Clinton, winning over a couple more.
