    They said that after that memorial for Russert as people were leaving the song Over the Rainbow was playing and as the people stepped outside they saw that rainbow. I thought that was cool.
    A double rainbow.

    Nice picture, but on MSNBC on the tim-a-thon, they're calling it Russerts Rainbow. So it's official, Tim Russert is now really, really in heaven with god. Even Kieth says it's so. And he's making rainbows for the rest of us. I told you they'd over do it. And they did.

    Good shot. Bet that was the inspiration for them playing "Over the Rainbow" at the end of the Russert service, prompting MSNBC to continue the meme of the "Russert Rainbow" and the myth of his "greatness." How they played it...incredible.

    After 6 days, though, let's hope it OVER.

    It's only fitting that the rainbow ends at the Capitol building. Yeah, it was corny and trite but it is rather fitting that it's associated with Russert and it does end at the Capitol.

    Very pretty. I especially like how the sky is so very dark outside the rainbow to the right and a bright sunny blue inside the rainbow to the left. A sentimental Russert's rainbow perhaps, but a leftist political rainbow as well.

    Great picture, but we all know that the pot of gold is at the end of the rainbow, I'd have to assume that this is the start of the rainbow and the other end is in Iraq somplace, At least that's where all our gold is.

    I had the same rainbow while driving east on MD32, so for me that made the end of the rainbow land in, um...

    If you're spiritual, and I am, and you think about the wonderful celebration of Tim Russert's life yesterday at the Kennedy Center, the love and goodwill that abounded, and the fact that they were playing songs from Tim's iPod both before and after, with "Over the Rainbow" being one of the selections performed afterward, it is almost surreal to know that such a boldly vibrant rainbow greeted his friends and family as they were leaving the Memorial Service. I'll just imagine it was a sign, and leave it at that. Peace!
