AMERICAblog: Biden's mother in law has died

  • houstonray · 1 year ago
I heard that he had taken off yesterday to deal with a family illness. How sad that she didn't get to see her Son in Law become Vice President, but I'm sure on Nov 4th, she'll be watching and smiling!

Thoughts and prayers to Sen Biden and his wife and family...

And his mother-in-law and his wife probably said- "Go and campaign, this is so important". They would have been right. This election is SO important. But he chose family first. I should be so blessed to have someone stop and make me a priority in a time of sadness. Joe Biden so gets it.

In all the ways that count, Joe Biden is a good man.

    Condolences to his family.

I am so sorry his mother in law did not live long enough to see her daughter's husband become Vice President of the United States.

My thoughts and prayers to Senator Biden and his wife and family. As a family oriented dog, I salute him with a suitably sad wag of my tail.

My sympathies to the Biden Family...stay strong!

Just hope that Sarah Palin doesn't try to make a joke about this too...

We should be on her like a fly on shyt if she even tries it.

I'm still pissed at when Biden shared his moment of knowing what it was like to be a single parent, she blew him off in the debate and stuck to talking points like the man was talking about the weather.

November 4th, she will be looking down and smiling.

I wonder if Sarah Palin will make fun of Biden for saying he "loves" John McCain. When she did that during the debate, I thought it was a low blow, although I knew Biden would eventually have his "love of John McCain" used against him by some Republican.

I'm truly sorry for the Biden family. Very sad. I'm with "wild_weasel" in that I believe she will be smiling broadly kand proudly at Joe and Jill Biden, our new Vice President, on November 4th!
