Bill Kristol is a treasonous piece of shit that should be put up against a wall a shot. Anyone who would purposely make people's lives more difficult like this should be stripped naked and released to a street mob.

I think it's interesting that one of the biggest obstructionists to national health care back in the Clinton years was Mutual of Omaha, yet they have quietly gotten themselves almost entirely out of the healthcare business in the last few years.
The fellow who headed up the opposition for Mutual, a fellow named Jack Weekly, later became the CEO. He died in a freak accident on Christmas Eve, when he plunged headfirst through the glass on a revolving door at the company headquarters.

Oh so that is why the Repubs promote "small goverment" so that in the "ownership society" yer on yer own, like NOLA after Katrina.

Let's just keep a running file and be sure people know how blatantly and unapologetically partisan these people are. And so stupid that they don't realize that their comments in writing and on tape last for a loooong time.
Their own words and statements are the weapons we need. Instead of griping, we ought to be using them.

I wonder how many people died unnecessarily because the republicans were afraid that they might live and as a result believe in their government's ability to adequately provide vital services.

Another reason Kristol gave for opposing the Clinton plan was that the Democrats would get credit for successfully reforming the health care system. That attitude probably hasn't changed, either.

Well, you'll all notice that the heading at the top of the page says "Project for the Republican Future". Tells you all you need to know. Not an American future. A REPUBLICAN future. Good patriots all, those Repubs.

Reagan administration officials also admitted that they intentionally ran deficits because they could use it to impugn social spending by Democrats; and that if the programs succeeded that people would experience government could work, and furthermore, this would change the trajectory of the people for a generation if not inevitably.

It is time that Americans start treating these Confederates as visciously as they have tried to treat us.
