What? That doesn't invalidate his research. It makes him an asshole all right, but the whole point of testing ideas by experiment is that you no longer need to look at where the idea comes from. It makes it more likely he twisted the experiment or result to turn out this way, but that's at most a reason to look harder for a flaw in his methodology, not a flaw in itself. The only problem is that he lacked subjects; but I see no evidence bisexuals would be less willing than gays to work with an homophobic researcher.
