Bill Clinton has lost all credibility and respect. Unfortunately, he did more damage than good to the Democratic party. He is now behaving like a sore loser, and whining about stuff that is petty and unnecessary. I understand the Clintons must be disappointed about losing the nomination, but they have themselves to blame.

C'mon, John A., it's about money, the middle east, the pipelines across the old cccp, Arab investments in the USA... Bill can make Obama rich. Obama needs Bill. Obama sees the writing on the wall. There will be a commonality of interest. Obama is no Tom Coburn. Wild Bill IS Tammany Hall.

They think Obama really needs them to get elected. So he's suppose to bow down to his majesty Bill (who's in the habit of being worshiped.)It really comes down to Obama beating Hillary.Bill did play the race card the public knows that for a fact.

Listen to me, you red-faced, gnarly-fingered, self-aggrandizing, racist, misogynist, blue-tinged NEO, your time is OVAH!

Kick him to the curb, Barack.

Biw Cwinton is working my last nerve. And to think I used to love him!

Has anyone else watched CNN's Larry King Live Show tonight? LUKE RUSSERT, the son of Tim Russert, is on there as a political commentator tonight! I mean, I felt sorry for him last week, and I was impressed by how well-spoken he seemed to be speaking about his father after he died, even though he seemed to smile too much while doing so. But this really is TOO FUCKING MUCH.

Just because your dad was Tim Russert, that doesn't mean that your college-age self is ready to be a political commentator on CNN already. Jesus! Larry King, what is up with this shit??
  • mirth · 1 year ago
I love that expression: ."working on my last nerve." :)

Me too, once loved Clinton. Both of them.
SO much was revealed during the primaries, not to mention the last 7 1/2 years.
  • cowboyneok · 1 year ago
Larry King as reached his Sell By date about a decade ago. I'm really tired of watching that out-of-touch wind bag try to ask pertinent questions, and ask stuff I'd expect my 94 year old Grandma to ask. Actually, I think my grandmother would ask more appropriate questions. Worst question ever? King asked a transgendered woman whether she stands up while using the bathroom:

"KING: Not as a joke, you stand up in the women's bathroom?

STANTON: No, I don't. No, I sit down in the woman's bathroom.

    KING: You do sit down?"

    Uh.... yea.

Whew!, I thought for a minute the Mirth was talking about ME..... Mirth, you left out "line sniffing", "rape by instrumentation", "philandering miscegenist" and overall "obnoxious drugstore cowboy"

    Just sayin........
  • mirth · 1 year ago
I dunno about the "line sniffing."

Oh. Well yeah, now that you mention it.

Clinton needs to grow up. Come on. That whole scorched earth policy of theirs? The Clinton's should remain stuck with their debt. They are LUCKY Obama is helping them retire it. I still don't trust them. I'm waiting for them to try to hobble Obama so she can run again in 2012. Don't trust them one bit.
  • WDemDem · 1 year ago
So it will be Hillary's fault if Obama doesn't win? The argument is starting already? Obama has a long way to go against the attack machine of the GOP. Rove is at it big time and McLame is taking the bait and runing with it.
  • tlsintx · 1 year ago
yes, Bill. Put that nasty finger of yours down and quit yer bellyachin.

    whine. whine. whine.
it's not all about the Clintons anymore.

Bill Clinton? I''m sorry . . . who? . . . he was some guy who worked with Al Gore back in the day, right?

Why is it that the gifted who abuse and misuse their talents are always so eager to blame someone else
    when they are exposed?

Narcissists never grow up. They just play with themselves in more and more sophisticated ways.
  • devis1 · 1 year ago
OMG you are so right on. I have spent the last 3 days trying to deal with a narscisistic family member. They have to be just caught off, but it's hard to do. They will never stop involving you and everyone around them in their psychodramas.
  • devis1 · 1 year ago
That should be cut off. Actually from reading up on the topic, the advice they give is to just RUN as far away as you can!!
  • ezpz · 1 year ago
    Exactly right about the narcissist.
They're VERY hard to deal with.
They think they're perfect and can do no wrong, therefore take no responsibility.
    It's always the other guy.
They're perpetual victims of 'people, places, things'.

Agree with devis1 that the only way to deal is to NOT deal with them as in cut them off. Not always easy for sure.
  • Sugapea · 1 year ago
"Obama's still having to deal with the damage Hillary caused during the primaries - Rev. Wright, Ayers, elite-gate, biter-gate."

    Wait a minute John...
You think Hillary's responsible for all that?
    Just trying to understand.
  • interlude · 1 year ago
yes, Suga, she (or rather Bill) is responsible for at least half the junk thrown at Obama...and John didn't mention the 5 invocations of Obamas blackness by the Billary camp, or the 4 times she mentioned Obama and assassination in the same sentence, or the 3 times she compared him unfavorably to McCain....
  • mf_roe · 1 year ago
Many Democats need a good 12 step program, realizing that the Clintons were not the Founding Fathers reincarnated is the first phase, Obama has chipped in with a workable plan to rebuild a framework of goals that must be addressed first. There are still more steps and abouve all the understanding that we can not LOVE politicians. Worship of rulers is the religion of slaves.
  • cmpnwtr · 1 year ago
Bill Clinton and the DLC ruined the Dem. Party. The Party needs to get over Clintonism and now. Bill Clinton's campaigning for Hillary helped her lose. Keep him out of the campaign for good and let's win.

Will there be a post of more than one line about Obama's newest statement on his flip-flop on his promise to support the FISA filibuster? In the beginning there was this: "To be clear: Barack will support a filibuster of any bill that includes retroactive immunity for telecommunications companies."

Now there's this: "My view on FISA has always been that the issue of the phone companies per se is not one that overrides the security interests of the American people."

What other primary campaign lies did he tell? If Obama's supposed to be this nation's savior, we're in trouble
  • Jim Olson · 1 year ago
Waah, fracking waaah. I am pissed that the Obama campaign is going to bail out Hillary to the tune of $10 mil. I sent them an email today telling them that I gave the money to them to use for Obama's campaign, not to bail out Hillary.

Obama wants change? Keep the Clintons as far away as they can from the campaign.
  • switched · 1 year ago
Clinton should be angry if he's correct with any of the assertions made in the press. Now that the expected Dem candidate Obama has reversed his position on FISA (from when he wasn't expected to win) either he's assuming he'll be the prez and that kinda power is really cool or he needs to look tough on the terrorists for the election so the security over everything crowd will vote for him, I'm not sure but going for the former.

I've always thought Bill had a case against the Obama campaign for exaggerating his Jackson comparisons to create a race issue. Now that I've seen the true colors of Obama when it comes to the Fourth Amendment I am much more inclined to believe Clinton, This Obama FISA reversal is significant and I'm feeling a bit screwed without the vaseline. Can't go McCain, Barr or Nader... This sucks.
  • interlude · 1 year ago
i doubt FISA has anything at all to do with Bill's self-absorption
  • Butch1 · 1 year ago
I think Bill Clinton should sit this one out. He has had too much exposure these past months of this primary and I, for one, am tired of seeing him on the TV. Everyone knows he doesn't want to help Obama and for the good of the democratic party, he needs to sit this one out. Perhaps, he would land a job in Obama's administration if he plays nice or maybe just retire out of it completely.
  • Catsandbeer.com · 1 year ago
I love Bill (or at least used to - haven't sat down to really reevaluate my feelings toward the guy in light of his actions during Hilary's campaign) but anything done to make Bill come off as racist he did himself, not Obama and crew
  • Hangtown Danile · 1 year ago
Old Bill is pissed? What happen? Did he get kicked off from Client#69 from Spitzers Call girl club?

    Big dog mad!

He was a good president. Never could stand his wife. But neither he nor his wife do well with competition. That's how he looks at another democratic preident. Not someone to help -- but competition. Hillary ain't worth the spit it takes to talk about her.
  • davidkc · 1 year ago
Silly John. Don't you know that the only thing that matters to Bill Clinton is Bill Clinton?

Bill's latest temper tantrum highlights for me a BIG reason why Obama shouldn't pick Hillary as his VP. It'd be bad enough that Obama would have to would have to work hard to keep her ego in check, but then he'd also have to worry about Bill's big ego and his shenanigans. No thanks.
  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago
Bubba is the most self-absorbed piece of white trash I ever saw.

If anybody should be angry, his wife should be angry at him for reminding everybody why they didn't want to go back to the Clinton White House Drama.
  • maggiePA08 · 1 year ago
Get a grip Bill, Barack didnt cheat on Hillary, he just ran a better campaign.

  • vkobaya · 1 year ago
    God Bless Bill Clinton!

He is serving a very, very needed function, guaranteeing Hillary is completely out of consideration for Obama's VP post or for running for the 2012 nomination. Rather tragic though that he would stoop to deliberately sabotaging his wife a woman whom he had once sworn an oath before God to stand beside in sickness and health until death do them part. <Sigh!>
