Huh? You haven't publicly stated which candidate you're backing. You're PART OF THE PROBLEM! This issue threatens to drag out over the next three months because so many superdelegates LIKE YOU insist on waiting until the convention to declare their allegiance. If they all declared now, the papers would count up the votes, declare the winner and we'd move on to attacking John McBush. Altmeir says he doesn't want to "allow this to fester". OK, so what's his plan for fixing it? Does he just want Pelosi to force him to make his choice?

What is this guy waiting for? It's not like Hillary is going to turn to dust and vanish -- she'll still be around in case Obama gets caught in July stumbling from a whorehouse in a coke-induced haze wearing nothing but a leather mask with "Ahmadinejad's Love Slave" stitched on the back.

Now I guess we'll see what kind of "leadership" that Pelosi, Reid, et. al can provide. Thus far I have been quite disappointed in their lack of leadership on this entire matter. And I would be so thrilled if I never hear the word "superdelegate" again.

Here's what I think is happening: HRC is negotiating with the Obama campaign for some goodie (VP slot, pay off her debts, whatever). If she doesn't get what she wants, she'll pull a Liebernader and run as an Independent in the General. And, in spite of how she rationalizes it to herself or her campaign ("all those poor women in Michigan need someone to stand up for them"), she'll really do it just to spite Obama and the Democratic Party for not being 'nice' to her and handing her the nomination.

Unless I'm really hallucinating, the DNC leadership has to be crapping in their pants thinking about that possibility, even if it hasn't been said out loud..

Or am I way off?

if you were an Obama supporter in Michigan or Florida... and you knew that your vote wouldn't count (in Florida) or that Obama wouldn't even be on the ballot (in Michigan) and decided not to vote because of it...

Given her shockinglly reticent position on impeachment, I'm surprised she's getting her **** together now. However, she' sdoing it and bringing this horror show to an end. After Hillary has had a good rest and some spa treatments, she'll be able to thank Pelosi.

Do you think for one minute she will co-operate with anything Obama wants to do. I don't think so, unless it is on her terms at her discretion. She is a junior Senator and as such has not the experience to get co operation from the rest of the Congress. Her political career is over.

I think I saw this whole soap opera on an episode of Fernwood Tonight. It keeps getting more and more intriguing. Next thing they will have a million woman march on Denver for the convention. I would bet you in moments when his guard is down Senator Obama wishes he had run for dog catcher instead of President.
