Yeah, expect the stock market to have a big gain today, too. Another April Fool's Day cover.

Like it has anything to do with the economic misery of most people.

    April fools and media fools!

The GE webs are april foolin' like 1999 this early morn...Somebody found the protest cameras lost during the failed Decider's tongue-tied reign and heck that ABC-WashPost 80% figure just shows (snif!) how poor banks and corporations have been demonized...Oh, heavens, look, there goes a long-haired anarchist mean-muggin' poor Maria Bartiromo.

This is not an April Fool's joke (or is it?): being reported that Holder has dismissed indictment against Ted Stevens, citing prosecutorial misconduct, as also cited by Judge Johnson, his longtime friend. Holder read the file, and agreed with Johnson, who warned prosecutors many times about their conduct in the trial.

Remember that Fed prosecutors were all Regent U law school "graduates" or other incompetents, as I recall. ; ) Along the lines of Monica Goodling. But will they be fired?
  • GoBlue · 8 months ago
Either the attorneys are terminally stupid and don't know the rules of discovery -- not hard to believe if they came from Regent -- or they never wanted to prosecute Stevens in the first place and deliberately made reversible errors.

The Brits are THE best at April Fool's (viz. the spaghetti tree harvest of 1957).
Lots of digs at Stephen Fry here . . .

Using our brainpower to make us stupid! Sounds like a conservative's plan. Next stop, doing away with history all together. Yeah!

If you quote an April Fools' joke without identifying it as such, are you perpetrating your own April Fools' joke, or are you just falling for someone else's?
  • Joe · 8 months ago
    April fool?
  • Jobless · 8 months ago
