  • robertdsc · 1 year ago
Avoid the rush, Dubya. Leave now.
  • Webster · 1 year ago
Bush is going to continue to be as nice as he can be, knowing that there's a lot of us who would like to see President Obama go after him for his crimes while in office.
  • grandma · 1 year ago
Good bye and good riddance phony cowboy and phony President.
  • cole3244 · 1 year ago
another mess and another dem to come to the rescue, when will the electorate stop repeating history and realize the rw are the problem and not the solution.
  • Charles2 · 1 year ago
The only thing that could make all of this better is to see Bush, Cheney and Rove frog-marched out of OUR White House in handcuffs.

But just seeing him put out to clear pasture and disappear from our memories is pretty damned good, too.

He continues to look like a relative of the Keebler elf. January 20th couldn't come fast enough.

    President-elect Obama, congratulations!

"He continues to look like a relative of the Keebler elf."....2nd best laugh I've had. You guys are on a roll today!!
  • Gridlock · 1 year ago
is there anyway we can convince him to take the next 77 days off? I mean, it's not like he works much anyway.

Someone wanna dangle a bottle of JD and an 8ball in front of him and lead him to a field of pretzels, Segway Scooters and Mountain bikes?
  • houstonray · 1 year ago
OMG, I almost spit my drink all over my keyboard...best laugh so far this morning!! :-)

No regrets, no conscience. What a sociopath.

They'll finally be able to take those ugly child protection guards off of the electrical outlets in the White House when George leaves.

OK snapshot from the office this am.
We are in heaven. My gay coworkers are saying they feel like they have just been welcomed to America. My female coworkers are saying Michelle is finally a woman they can relate to (though we want her to dump that dress--much as wel like her fashion efforts)j. We are having champagne in our suite at 3:30.

Let us begin right away to move on some issues, those where Obama has a reasonable assurance of mandate: let's stop that bailout payout process immediately. Corporate America has managed to tie up hundreds of billions of dollars that could be used to institutionalize national health care (Hello! good for business!) and support for higher education for all eligible students. The bailout is having no effect, it is rewarding continuing bad behavior, and needs to be revisited.

Oh Good Grief, enough about the dress already. At leas SHE paid for it with her own money.

PS I forgot to say we are trying to rent a bus to go to DC for the inauguration. We need to get outdoors with a crowd and celebrate.
  • houstonray · 1 year ago
I hope that crowds of people gather when his helicopter takes off to fly him out of DC and off to wherever he's going, and I hope they have clever signs that tell the world how we feel. I would love to see crowds outside the White House screaming for him to leave, and cheers when he takes off. It will truly be an awesome day...

Now he can get back to Crawford and some serious drinkin'.
  • MikeinSanJo · 1 year ago
But, that all starts when President Obama steps through the doors of the White House.

Actually, it starts now, if Obama is smart (and we know he is!)

HEY W!! Don't steal all the "O's" (or backwards "B's") from the computer keyboards on your way out, DOUCHE BAG!!

I hope Bush realizes that he and other criminals in his administration won't be receiving presidential pardons from President Obama.
  • Milli · 1 year ago
Bush has already pardoned himself and his friends.

"You're welcome black America. No one would have considered a black buy named Barack Hussein Obama if I wasn't so awful at being President. Thank you cards can be sent to the White House. That's all I want to hear, a little gratitude for Bushie."

I absolutely refuse to listen to or watch this clown any longer. If I never hear that man's voice again, it would be great. Unfortunately, that will not happen as I live in Fort Worth...so once the bushies are ensconced into whatever mausoleum they buy in Dallas, everytime they sneeze it will be on the news.

Go to hell, Dubya, and take all the demons in your administration with you.
  • PissedSissy · 1 year ago
It will be a stirring sight to watch former President George W. Bush, former Vice President Dick Cheney, their former cabinet members, and their former advisory team (lead by Karl Rove), step through the doors of the Federal Correctional Complex in Beaumont Texas for their crimes against the United States of America, Iraq, and countless other nations, institutions, businesses, organizations, and individuals around the world. I know millions of Americans, as well as billions of the world's citizens, will be overcome with relief at this moment of justice that so many people have waited so long see.

I have this fantasy of Inauguration Day, where President Obama serves subpaeonas on ex-Presidents Cheney and Bush for war crimes.
  • Dave of the Jungle · 1 year ago
I'm starting to see the mall in D.C. packed with people all the way to the Lincoln Memorial on Inauguration Day. Imagine the look on Dubya's face when a crowd that size cuts loose and cheers.

    Let's do it.
  • Mike_G · 1 year ago
The only gratifying sight I can imagine involving Bush and Cheney is watching them in orange jumpsuits and shackles, being renditioned to The Hague after suffering the torture they so blithely inflicted on thousands of people.
