Of course he did. We can afford $700 B to bailout the fat cats, but the poor and middle class are left holding the bill. Republicans really do not care about the poor or middle class. It is all an illusion of greed.

Republicans getting erections because of their vice presidential candidate....ballot amendments on gay marriage...a news media obsessed with sex. Penis Politics. Nice. Real Nice. Okay, kids, let's all try to play nicely at recess today. Oh shit there is no recess today. Mommy and Daddy have no jobs, there is no school anymore because there is no tax revenue to educate you. This is bad folks. I have lived In Zambia, and I know at that time STD's were rampant, and I can now imagine how AIDS must have taken it's place. It is a shame that we have no money in the kitty, to help these people
Bush has mismanaged this country, spent our money like a drunken sailor, by starting a bloody war, which has drained our economy.

Where the fuck is Bono on this. He loudly praised Bush to the rafters for his dedication to fighting the African AIDS crisis-which made me sick! if he couldn't figure out it was all talk and no rock, he's dumber than I thought.
