AMERICAblog: Bush: I'm not done with you yet

    Bush, go to HELL!

    Murderer!
  • Ajaz · 11 months ago
kick him out, he is the biggest murderer since Hitler and all his killings have been done knowingly.
  • katiec · 11 months ago
What is scary is the man is still able to make decisions about the future of our country and invoke all his anti environment decisons. He is going to squeeze in every advantage for his big
business cronies that he can and as he has the last eight years, ignore what is good for our country.
Jan 30 cannot come soon enough.
  • Butch1 · 11 months ago
Please, don't give him ten more days, Obama starts on Jan. 20th. ;-)
  • lynchie · 11 months ago
One has to wonder how the planets were aligned when America put this idiot into the White House twice. Was this some sick Nostradamus prediction.
I am struck out how remarkably stupid this man was on so many levels. I am not a huge Clinton fan but I watched his interview on a new Sundance show which features Elvis Costello interviewing various people. Costello is a very well spoken immensely talented person but Clinton was extremely articulate, thoughful and projected a wonderfully warm personality compared to Bush who has remained an 8 year old who has never had to take responsibility for anything he has done. He in turn surrounded himself with people cut from the same cloth. Brownie, Rumsfeld, Chertoff, Rice, Powell, Gonzalez, Miers, Ashcroft. All incompetents with egos who assume the title is their right and that the world should stop and listen when horseshit falls out of their mouths. His actions in looking after New Orleans, invading Iraq and Afghanistan, his constant efforts to reward his rich buddies and to hell with Americans, allowing Cheney to go unchecked, his destruction of oversight of banks and brokers, Guantanamo, torture, rendition and torture of people convicted of nothing, wire tapping, pissing billions away in bailouts to his friends, ignoring any pain being felt by the poor and hungry, vetoing extension of child health insurance saying we can't afford it while spending a trillion plus in Iraq, all amazing and uncriticized by the media. At one time you could laugh at some of this but taken in total these are the actions of a man, who, in different times would have been burned at the stake, hung, drawn and quartered or at least put in a dungeon to rot. We, as taxpayers, will continue to support, protect and pay this most useless of individuals until the day he dies and that my fellow lefties is the biggest insult of all. I am hoping the god he talks to arranges a rapture just for Georgie I want to watch it on youtube over and over and over.

You put this more elequently than I could. Thanks for that and Happy New Year to us all and let's hope and pray it is a much better New Year for everyone.
  • Butch1 · 11 months ago
I often wonder why the public has forgotten when Bush was running the first time and someone would bring up the question if he was going to give tax breaks to the rich, he denied it and it was accepted. The scoundrel was a pathological liar then and continues to be one now. We know from our history, that republicans always favor corporate interests instead of the common working man, believe in tearing down any protections the unions give the common worker against the corporate giants, and force the working class to pay for everything, yet this "short-term-memory-loss" country continues to vote them into power and then lament about what they have done when the republicans reveal their same plan of lining the pockets of the rich at their expense.

Perhaps, this time we can keep them from winning anything by constantly bringing up "Dubya's" tenure of eight years. Unfortunately, we know history repeats itself because mankind refuses to learn from its mistakes and we will be revisiting this over and over again.

"The greatest country on Earth" is the one which does the least damage to the Earth. The US is not that country by a long shot, sad to say.
  • Wh0Cares · 11 months ago
Look for a major Mossad backed fase flag attack on a major US city before January 20.
  • SteamingPile · 11 months ago
I might suggest to the President that he spend the next 19 days working on his golf game. Isn't that what retired people do? Play golf?
  • cowboyneok · 11 months ago
When so many of us said we would NEVER get over the theft of election 2000, as we close out the Bu$h years take a look at how the country is doing. Are we better off than we were eight years ago?!!? And no Republican Trolls get to say we haven't been hit since 9-11... we got HIT on HIS damned watch, and then we have those unsolved anthrax attacks, right? As a resident of Washington, DC I think the anthrax attacks and "anthrax in your mail" had more of a psychological impact on me THAN the actual bombing of the Pentagon. There are so many horrible failures and decisions that were made, especially those that will haunt us for 30 years - those DAMNED political appointments that were absolutely unfair and poorly made by a group of mental neanderthals. Our nation will NEVER recover from the Supreme Court unfairly foisting the Bush Administration on this nation. Pissed? You betcha. Hope? Ya, I have a little but I look back eight years and just want to WRETCH over all the lives lost and TRILLIONS gone because a group of old Republican women and men in black robes forgot what our nation was all about and gave us the disastrous Bu$hco. The Rehnquist Supreme Court will be remembered in infamy for that one decision!

Quote from Sandra Day O'Connor, at a watch party in Arizona, when she was told Gore won Florida in 2000. She screamed, "Oh NO!" Wow... just wow....

Thank God he's still on the case!

I was wondering if all his criminal cronies would ever be pardoned.
  • Butch1 · 11 months ago
Just wait, Bush is trying to keep us in suspense by giving us some hope. At the eleventh hour, he will pardon everyone.
  • vkobaya · 11 months ago
I wonder. I don't think he will pardon everyone. I think it will be very indicative of who was closest to Bush as to which of them get pardons. One of the things I find very typical of Bush and the Republicans is they can't resist being divisive and malicious even among his own kind. I am going to watch this with interest.
  • Butch1 · 11 months ago
Interesting point about the republicans eating their own, but Bush has an history of rewarding those that have been the most faithful to him, but pardoning? We will see.
  • ShirleyGoodnessanMercy · 11 months ago
The pope said at his end of year address to the Curia that the existence of gay people threatens humanity as much as the destruction of the rainforests does, and that "blurring" genders through acceptance of transgender people would kill off the human race.

  • foxy · 11 months ago
And he still loves his dead Führer as well.
  • vickif · 11 months ago
I wish the people who say that gay people threaten humanity would remember that gay people come from 2 straight parents. I'm the niece and mother of gay men. My grandparents had 4 other children and I have another son who are all straight. How does having 10% of the population destroy mankind?

The old fool's Prada shoes are too tight!

And have squeezed his brains so he can't think of anything but hatred, torture, killing and bigotry.
  • Butch1 · 11 months ago
Oh, I think he had all that in him before he starting wearing the "ruby slippers." His name, Ratzinger, when he was a cardinal, fit him to a "T." His lineage and name probably date back to the days of " The Plague" when they were employed as rat dispatchers. ;-)
  • Older_Wiser · 11 months ago
You're talking about a guy who wears opulent gowns and Prada shoes, right? The Queen of the Vatican, along with his Ladies in Waiting?

    Yep....the unmarried guy...that's the one.

And this was said from where? His pleasure palace in Crawford, Texas? This, coming from a guy who'd doing nothing about the Gaza Strip, reluctantly gave the automakers a bridge loan and is basically doing nothing about the economy or anything else for that matter.

So when I hear him say shit like this, only one word springs to mind: Iran.

Beware people. The Devil still roams.

I misunderstood. I thought he said he would shit to the finish. So I already figured more of the same.

I think we also have to get over the historical notion that "anybody can grow up to become President". This is obviously proven to be untrue. Occupying the office doesn't make you a president.

I will be available in January 2009, and I am willing to relocate.

    RESUME: GEORGE W. BUSH
    1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
    Washington , DC 20520

    LAW ENFORCEMENT:

    * I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1976 for driving under the influence of alcohol. I plead guilty, paid a fine, and had my driver's license suspended for 30 days. My Texas driving record has been 'lost' and is not available.

    MILITARY:

    * I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went AWOL. I refused to take a drug test or answer any questions about my drug use. By joining the Texas Air National Guard, I was able to avoid combat duty in Vietnam.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    * I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. I was a cheerleader.

    PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:

    * I ran for U.S. Congress and lost.
    * I began my career in the oil business in Midland, Texas, in 1975. I bought an oil company, but couldn't find any oil in Texas. The company went bankrupt shortly after I sold all my stock.
    * I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal that took land using taxpayer money.
    * With the help of my father and our friends in the oil industry (including Enron CEO Ken Lay), I was elected governor of Texas.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS :

    * I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies, making Texas the most polluted state in the Union. During my tenure, Houston replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America.
    * I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of Billions in borrowed money.
    * I set the record for the most executions by any governor in American history.
    * With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President of the United States, after losing by over 500,000 votes.

    ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT:
    * I am the first President in U.S. History to enter office with a criminal record.
    * I invaded and occupied two countries at a continuing cost of over one billion dollars per week.
*I spent the U.S. Surplus and effectively bankrupted the U.S. Treasury.
    * I shattered the record for the largest annual deficit in U.S. History.
    * I set an economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12-month period.
    * I set the all-time record for most foreclosures in a 12-month period.
    * I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the U.S. Stock market.
    * In my first year in office, over 2 million Americans lost their jobs and that trend continues.
    * I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in U.S. History. My 'poorest millionaire,' Condoleezza Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her.
    * I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S. President. I am the all-time U.S. And world record holder for receiving the most corporate campaign donations. My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best friends, Kenneth Lay, presided over the largest corporate bankruptcy fraud in U.S. History, Enron.
    * My political party used Enron private jets and corporate attorneys to assure my success with the U.S. Supreme Court during my election decision.
    * I have protected my friends at Enron and Halliburton against investigation or prosecution.
    * More time and money was spent investigating the Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spent investigating one of the biggest corporate rip-offs in history.

Nah, he'll just hop the fence to Mexico and become presidente expatriot. Meanwhile, in the bloodless revolution back at home, the banks will continue to be nationalized, as will the major industries (now that the autos have started - note Toyota in trouble and world gov'ts bailout their troubles). The US people will favor all the socialistic moves, but not want to refer to them as socialistic (not us, we fought for capitalism) as revenge on the ruling class for theft of their fortunes and being left without a house to live in (history DOES repeat itself).

Strangely, as the rest of the world embraces capitalism and democracy, the US who put more blood, money and time into it, moves into a socialist facism or democracy - yet to be written. A part of the GWB legacy. Amazing. All those who voted for him. A pox on your house.

I don't think the Mexicans are that fond of Bush with his fake war on the illegal immigrants as though they are the problem "stealing jobs" away from our workers when it's the out-sourcing of jobs by our traitorous rich corporate owners to other countries so the they can make an even larger profit at the worker's expense.

    Of course it's the democrat's fault. ;-)

OT, but Oh good grief...this is one of the reasons I hate the MSM...pocketbook journalism, and for 2 unknowns (until their "mistake" was made public worldwide) who have done nothing to deserve the privileges they are racking up: MSNBC reporting that People "magazine" will pay up to $300,000 for pix of baby "Tripp." Another question raised: How did Levi get an apprentice electrician's position on the oil pipeline when it requires a HS diploma or GED? Intercession by the gov, perhaps?

This is why I mailed shoes to the White House. People can say it did no concrete good, etc, etc. But at least it is concrete evidence that at least one American doesn't just automatically believe that the president speaks and he is correct. Bush can't take that from me, no matter how many times he says we will all blindly follow his lead. They are size 5 toddler tennies. The shoes are not encouragement, no matter how much he tries to spin it.
