Dear Matthew Dowd, Hate to break it to you, but McCain put someone unqualified on the ballot and he put the country at risk when he threw his hat in the ring. Don't pin all the blame on the Lipstick when you have the Pig himself standing before you, neck deep in GOPoop.

Freakin' beautiful... It also has the added appeal of being true.

'"They didn't let John McCain pick the person he wanted to pick as VP," Dowd declared'
What? Mr. Maverick wasn't allowed to pick his own VP? Dowd needs to tell us who he thinks has that kind of control over McCain.

sorry to keep harping on this, but WHERE were all these people on Sep 3 right after her "strong" convention speech? they were just as dazzled and mesmerized by her empty little pretty head as McCain was. and if McCain were doing well in the polls, how many of them would be sounding the alarm about Palin? these people are low-life opportunists who care only about the party, country be damned.

OT:
Obama campaign manager cuts video on challenges ahead.
Just got the new Repube mailer, It qoutes a Boston Herald op-ed? (Morris and McGann, 9/12/08) Nobody buys that he will increase taxes on a few rich people. On the back is a picture of the Marines at Iwo Jima with the words "IT USED TO BE EASY TO RECOGNIZE PATRIOTISM". On the inside they attack using Bidens statement that it is patriotic to pay taxes, ending with the tagline ..From a celebrity politician who votes 97% of the time with the democratic party leadership(Editorial, "The Obama we don't know, Wall street Journal, 6/04/08)
The clincher is a picture of an old person's weathered hand upon his heart under neath a flag pin.

Can I just point out this is a classic case of Things We All Know(tm)?
We all know that Palin is preposterous. Even John McCain, and I'm pretty sure even Sarah Palin herself. The difference is that some of us allow bias to motivate us to lie that Palin is a mavericky-maverick with just the right insight into the American people...blah, blah, blah.
We all know, too, that Obama is no terrorist. We also all know that the Republican idea of trickle-down economics is nutty.
Turns out, there's a lot we all know, and what we've been lacking (til now) is a leader who can help us to stop lying.

Why does John McCain want the Armed Forces of the United States of America commanded by the Alaska Dingbat?
McCain plans to get even sleazier in last 10 days of campaign.
