I just have dial up so I don't want to bother with downloading but I'm guessing it's like the Onion skit where bush tours the country apologizing for being the worst president ever.

If America(ns) are STUPID enough to vote for McCain, Then America(ns) DESERVE ALL THE BAD THAT HE BRINGS WITH HIM! Obama 08!
  • SouthernYankee · 1 year ago
Boy you are so right. But you get a few of these rednecks that will fall for this McCain and there we go again. Than they will say What the hell is happening here? I would say stop bitching because you got what you wanted. You listen to those ads and McCain brings nothing anything to the table. None of his ads are brillant, none.
  • Butch1 · 1 year ago
Unfortunately, the "liberuls" are blamed whether they are part responsible or not. It is just like that right-winged idiot who shot up a church killing 2 or 3 people recently. He blamed liberal, gays and his age for the problems he was having regarding him running out of government funded stamps and unemployed insurance benefits. He wrongly, blamed gays, liberals and everyone else save, republicans who are actually culprits for cutting back his stamps and insurance benefits. You can count on this type of thinking from these cretins whipped up by the "Hate-Jocks" on the radio and FOX Noise..
  • SouthernYankee · 1 year ago
Butch, you are preaching to the choir. I live in TN and I see it all the time. Look what they did to Harold Ford. In this small rural town I live in I heard of a story of a local democrat wanting to get some posters made at his print shop. The man would'nt do it because he was a republican. How about them. \ apples
  • Butch1 · 1 year ago
Yes, you are right. It has been the past 20-30 years where this hate between the parties has grown to the point where physical violence has been a result of this. Sadly, it is mostly, the right-winged republicans that are the violent ones. In their minds, there is no room for liberal thinking or people with different viewpoints from their own, whereas, most liberals are, " live and let live" and can live beside the conservatives. Why is that, I wonder? It doesn't surprise me that the print shop republican was so hateful of the local democrat. Most of this hate is whipped up from the Rush's and Hannity's and other hate speech jocks and perhaps, one day, they will be held responsible when someone goes off the deep end and attacks a person only for the reason that they hold a different political viewpoint from their own. I really hate to see our country slip down this slope, and I fear there is no returning.
  • SouthernYankee · 1 year ago
Yes we can thank Newt Gringrich. They got all their republicans together in a meeting and told the moderates play with us or leave. Now that is a republican for you.
  • vkobaya · 1 year ago
It isn't that they are stupid enough to vote for McCain, it is that they are so hateful, they won't vote for a Black man regardless of how absurd McCain is. Then again, there stupid enough that they would rather have a man like Bush that they could drink beer with. But it is really sickening that they hold Obama's intelligence, character and articulateness against him saying he is an uppity N----. As If they would rather vote for someone like P. Diddly or whoever.
  • SouthernYankee · 1 year ago
Yes you are so right. It makes me very mad people are so stupid that they would vote for someone that doesn't have their financial interest in mind. They would vote for a republican just on social interest that really doesn't effect them personally. The top insult that they would rather sit with Bush to have a beer with. Unbelievable.
  • Bostonian_Queer_in_Dallas · 1 year ago
I would laugh out loud if it were not so very sad. I wonder how many more chimpanzee puppets we are going to elect, since McSame is the same. Karl Rove probably laughs his ass off at stuff like this. "Yeah, ha ha, you fucking assholes fall for my bullshit every time."
  • OlderAndWiser · 1 year ago
I'm wondering what took so many people to get over the "honeymoon" phase of their relationship with this criminal? It's like enduring mental and physical abuse--the spouse you just can't leave, in spite of all the punishment...
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
Most people are followers and squelchers of those who don't.

  • GrMtGirl · 1 year ago
It takes seasoning to properly evaluate accurately .... the younger set live by MSM which is extremely bias and they fail to doubt and question. Bush was never elected by the people. The courts gave him the presidency . That in itself was an instant warning of what was to come!
  • SouthernYankee · 1 year ago
Its a fricken wolf in the chicken coup. I realized the day that the supreme court gave him the election. You have to be stupid to believe that Bush's little brother Governor Bush didn't have something to do with it. I will always believe that Gore was the right president. God paid this country back with this loser.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
The Onion has always been there. Remember back, right after 911 and if you mocked bush you were a traitor. I think we only had Krugman, those few of us who already knew and The Onion back then who stood up.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
People should reassert their Americanism everywhere now. This is not a police state unless you allow it. Just like me giving the cop, while I was shopping a thorough look to let him know he was out of place. Reassert America, with its beloved eccentricity. The wingnuts want us to shut down everything with their repressed meaninglessness. That's not going to happen around me and never has through it all.
  • An_American_Karol · 1 year ago
Very well done. And, the sad thing is it would be laughable if it weren't so close to the truth, However, Bush would never apologize for the havoc he has created.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
You're in good spirits as usual...
  • An_American_Karol · 1 year ago
    Hi, glasses :)
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
    Hey gurl.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
I just can't find a comment other than this about bush that's OT.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
I can't find anything to comment about him. He doesn't figure with anything in my mind.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
OK, finally, getting a cusine show on PBS right now with expert advice...
  • osage · 1 year ago
ONE MONTH AGO -- IN LATE JUNE -- A MCCAIN AD SUPERIMPOSED OBAMA'S VISAGE ON A ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL AS PART OF AN EFFORT TO MOCK HIS SUPPOSED 'PRESUMPTUOUSNESS.'

To all you self-deluding gullible Republicans who claim to believe that Obama interjected RACE into the presidential campaign by stating, "You know, he doesn’t look like all those other presidents on those dollar bills, you know. He’s risky.”, it must be humbling or even humiliating to realize how easily manipulated you’ve been. Your guy is a flat out lying SOB whose basic campaign strategy is to smear Obama and then claim to be the victim when Obama calls him out for what he’s done. MCCAIN IS A SHAMELESS LYING RACIST! And those who support him are no more honorable or worthy of trust and respect than he is.

    http://www.jedreport.com/2008/08/setting-the-re...

Note that the image doesn't occur until about three-quarters of the way through the video. The way YouTube works, the default image occurs at the midpoint. In other words, McCain's campaign purposefully choose this image.

I don't think we will ever find all the crimes and corruption this administration has inflicted upon us these last eight years.
It seems Congress is determined to keep it from us.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
OK, it's a "test kitchen" testing different wine cork screws on this PBS cooking show. This doesn't matter.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
I want a good garlic press but you can't get one without it wearing out really fast. I don't think you can. So I always just chop garlic up.
  • Sage24 · 1 year ago
After Bush surveys the damage done to this country, he should take Darth Cheney with him, to survey the unbelievable damage done to Iraq.
He has about a million graves to visit there.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
Any serious cooks ever had any luck with a so-called "mechanical garlic press"?

Didn't think so. You just have to smash it and chop it up. No easy way with garlic with getting it all over your hands when you're cooking.
  • Õ¿Õ · 1 year ago
Uh, you can all wring your hands and bitch about bush like forever. Don't let me stop you while I'm watching this cooking program.
  • Butch1 · 1 year ago
One would be surprised how many people actually believe what the Onion prints as "tongue-in-cheek." to be true. I remember something from the Onion, being repeated as news on the FOX Noise Channel once. It seems the republicans and their ditto-head minions have no sense of humor, let alone irony and believe everything FOX regurgitates from the White House talking points as well.
  • mirth · 1 year ago
    hahaha

    Go Onion!

Hi Karol. Good to read you!
  • Butch1 · 1 year ago
This isn't Carole, but it's nice seeing you as well. ;-)

Backatcha, Butch1. It's always good to read your comments.

  • Webster · 1 year ago
At this point, I just want Bush out, out, out of the White House. Of course I wouldn't mind seeing him strung up in the public square by his tiny little nuts first.
  • Busboy · 1 year ago
    Webster, you're alive! That's good,......I guess...
  • High Crimes & Misdemeanors · 1 year ago
This criminal punk has no understanding of "lame duck presidency". He's been flaunting his power, shaking his finger at the "opposition party" and now he's running for his “third term”, campaigning.... sick.
  • An_American_Karol · 1 year ago
Yes, HC&M, but we all know he is a joke. Bush has become the worst of parodies.
I'm getting ready to leave the country in a few weeks and getting prepared to be embarrassed for our president. Thank god Obama is loved by the rest of the world, giving them hope the U.S. hasn't completely lost its soul.
  • Busboy · 1 year ago
Sounds like he's not much of a lame duck if he's doing that with both houses of congress stacked against him. Maybe you underestimate his ability and the enablers in the democratic party which are tagging along?
  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago
    This is a parody video.

the traditional media got trillions of debt as a side order to the beer they wanted to order with Chimpy
  • vwcat · 1 year ago
I saw that a few weeks ago and had my husband watch it. It was fantastic.
  • vkobaya · 1 year ago
No wonder that Bush gets away with this type of shit. You people are enablers, laughing at this criminal. He bombed the World Trade Center murdering 3,000 Americans and then used that as the excuse for the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars, murdering perhaps 2,000,000 innocent civilians and 4,130 of our soldiers in Iraq and how many others in Afghanistan, 120,000 more of our soldiers committed suicide, murdered 1,500 more Americans in New Orleans, embezzled trillions of dollars, given the finger to us repeatedly, and countless other violations and hatred of our nation. Why the hell do you laugh? You are sick, sick, sick, sick, as sick as he is. Those he murdered were human beings, mothers, fathers, beloved brothers and sisters, grandparents, uncles and aunts, cousins. Why do so many of you hate Charlie Manson or OJ Simpson when they aren't even a flea bite compared to Bush?

I wouldn't even hang him. No drag him out of Oval Office, throw him in the streets so everyone can spit on until he drowns in our spit. Even that is too good for him. When he goes to hell, Satan will have to create a new 11th inner circle of hell just for Bush ... maybe a 26th inner cricle as befits his foul, evil, despicable crimes. Stop laughing you Goddamn assos and do something about this piece of shit.
  • vkobaya · 1 year ago
Desperate Housewives is funny. George Bush is not. He's the one laughing at us. This is exactly why he is going to walk away with nothing done about his massive crimes. Wake up America. You, not Pelosi and Reid, are the ones letting him get away with this. Do you think any sort of a real, feeling human being could look us in the eye after what he has done? He is laughing at us, getting his jollies, enjoying every minute of the misery, suffering and dying that he has caused and wants to cause for us.

Wake up. He is getting his jollies jerking us around too. The shit about the shoe bombs and liquid bombs was exactly that, shit. He was just jerking us around. Stop being sheep and letting him shear us, then kill us and eat us. We aren't sheep, we are people, American people, once proud and brave. Where is our vaunted American courage now. Fight back! The evil enemy is not Al Qaeta, not Saddam Hussain, not even Osama bin Laden, the one who is our enemy is named George Walker Bush. He isn't hiding in Afghanistan, but is in plain sight in Washington DC.
