I don't understand what they are talking about. Can someone please take the time to explain what this means to us. Sorry I am old and was just interested to know. Thanks. I know the people on this blog are very smart.

I believe it's because you have to sign a time contract (say, 2 yrs), and if you cancel service before it's up, they charge a termination fee.

Thanks you made it simple. Now I understand.

OT-Frat party boy Luke Russert on his new NBC News job with the most imbred political team on television:
“I’m not trying to be my father. He’s irreplaceable. I’m simply trying to do something that I think there’s a real niche for, that there’s a calling for, that has to do with youth, not just in the election but in politics from now on.”
So, would this be an activist judge who needs to be impeached or a strict constructionist judge that should be nominated to the Supreme Court to protect the Constitution from liberals? I'm confused since I haven't seen any reaction from the right-wing nutbags yet.

So, Chris, you'd think its better that everyone should be stuck with $200 to $500 upfront equipment fees?

This judge will get recalled by some corporate astroturf group with the name "family" in the title
They'll appeal. It's cheaper than paying out.
Your dealing the telephone company.
