AMERICAblog: Chinese government pressuring lawyers, families to stop tainted milk cases

  • MacDaffy · 1 year ago
The Chinese Government is BushCo Deluxe: The epitome of complete deregulation with no accountability, liability, or consequences. Polluters have free rein. Can't see a hundred yards down the street? Turn on the air conditioning in your Lexus and move on. Child with kidney stones from the melamine in her milk? Bringing suit is inconvenient for the market economy. Settle and we'll let you live.

Chinese production and Western capital form a seamless, symbiotic whole. Who does it benefit? The question answers itself.

The Chinese government is a Republican's wet dream. They've been moving us towards this model since 2000.

    Fascist is as Fascist does.

Do you know the difference between the Chinese government and the American government? In China the people are smart enough to realize that they are being fucked by dictators.

at 06:40 AM Eastern Time, CNN Ben "Cooter" Jones from Georgia was AWESOME.
I expected the southern White viewpoint, but he was PRO OBAMA and made some great talking points.

AWESOME for about 5 minutes... started slow, but built very well.
    Hit against Negative Ads
    Hit against "Joe Six Pack"
    etc..

Is this the same China that staged the oh-so-wonderful Oily-impics?

“If this suggestion is disobeyed, the lawyer and the firm will be dealt with,” Chang quoted the official as saying."
    ---------------------

If this is not the most telling piece of the story. In an oligraphical system, this is what you get...

How is this simialr to the bush crime family? Well here in the US they dont even bother to threaten you, they just shrug it off, ingonring it until it becomes a calmity... How's that for governance?

If our government doesn't halt the import of food, meds, supplements, toys (and anything else of potential danger) from China, we should sue our government. There needs to be a label on all products re where the source of all components in a package are clearly identified.

Last night the candidates were asked what sacrifice they would ask of Americans to help put our country back on track.

How about refusing to buy Chinese-made products?

Our country is sending too much money over to them as it is, surely we can take a little time to check the origin of cheap crap before we buy it? I know Chinese products have saturated our markets so much that they can be really hard to avoid, but "really hard" is kind of what sacrifice means.

Can any of you biochemists out there tell what this stuff being advertised on the Chinese trading forums is? That it claims "160-300 percent protein" sounds more than a little suspect.

I dunno. Let us withhold judgement on the efficacy of Chinese law enforcement until after the public executions. I remember reading about some guy getting caned for something like littering way back when. Haven't seen a lot of stories about littering in THAT country since then. Wonder if our bankers and brokerage leaders would have acted with the same reckless abandon if Keating and about FIVE other people had been handled in such a manner back then?

    Enjoy.
