I am livid that Paulson is insisting on stealing from me to give these God damned bastards their golden parachutes, because otherwise "they might not be incented to take the package"!!!!! FUCK THEM!!!! Throw their asses out on the damned street and deal with the bastards under them. Do the same for them if they don't want "the package"!!! There will be someone to "take the package".
This is nothing less than highway robbery!!! As someone said just yesterday, our government has become the Sheriff of Nottingham!!!!
Throw the bums out!!! No severance, no parachute, nothing more than their lowest paid employee gets when he has to leave the corporation!!!
As Michael Corlione said "The deal is this Senator, NOTHING!!!!"

Yea, do what John McCain's economic advisor, Ms. Carly Fiorina, did to tons of Hewlett Packard employees! Tell them to get their shit, hit the road and don't let the door hit them on the ass. It was easy for Carly, so it should be easy to tell her KIND to do the same thing. If it was good enoughh for Carly and friends to glibly shove employees out the door with NOTHING them do the same to their entitled asses for causing it by their damned greed and bad decisions.

No Shit! I'm surprised Paulson isn't suggesting that these Bastards be allowed to trade in their Armani suits and two year-old Jaguars. Maybe we should bring them in fresh Honduran servants at taxpayer expense to keep the greenery watered.

Just saw Clinton on CNN this morning. Yea, I'm up early... Anyway, she was good and making proper arguments for Obama. She also is handling the whole question of whether or not she should be in on the ticket question well. Of course, its only her unedicated idolizers in dumbed down areas of America who need to hear her say that! The rest of us know the Clinton's are going to have plenty of influence in or out of the White House. She is working the whole if you are happy with the last eight years then vote for Palin - McShame.
Okay, I'm watching some Republican Congressional punk criticizing "regulating" and saying big government caused all this and its not "free markets" that caused this. Senator Jim Demint, Red State South Carolina of course, is on live right now claiming "government caused this" and still harping and saying we need more "deregulation." Huh? Republicans are bitching about government and saying the problem is allowing people who can't afford to loan to get a loan. Oh, I get it!!! Republicans only want the rich to be able to get loans. They want the poor on the street, and they want TOTAL deregulation where they wall themselves off from the poor people. Now I get it!

Cowboy, I take offense to your assumption that Hillary supporters are uneducated and live in dumbed down areas of the country. That is a stereotype--much like the stereotypes that all gays act like girls, all hispanics carry knives and, well, that all cowboys are stupid. I also find it ironic that you spelled "uneducated" incorrectly. :-) For the record, while I did support Hillary for the primaries and still believe she would have been the better candidate, I firmly stand behind Obama; to not do so would be to effectively condone 4 more years of the last horrible 8. Also, for the record, I have a Bachelor's degree, graduated cum laude and am working on my Master's in, you guessed it, Economics and Accounting. It does not make me better than anyone, but it does not make me uneducated for preferring a different candidate who ran in OUR party!!

I'm sorry you took offense, but I know there are plenty of educated Democrats who supported her. I'm talking about the ones who the polls identified as white and uneducated and who Democrats still worry about because we are afraid they aren't smart enough to realize Obama represents their interest better than "the white guy." I'm obviously not talking about you. Did I say ALL SUPPORTERS of Hillary? NO!
As far as typing uneducated wrong. Have you ever looked at a keyboard? The "i" key is right next to the "u" key and I find it "ironic" you would jump to the conclusion I would misspell uneducated wrong instead of the OBVIOUS realization it was a typo. DUH!
Just because you have a Bachelor's degree doesn't mean you can process the "obvious" (like uneducatged being a typo versus misspelling) or won't just jump to conclusions. I take offense you think I'm grouping you in with those who aren't wise enough to support their party over thinking the entire election is about supporting a "personality." :-)
One last thing, I am very careful not to stereotype people and that is what angers me most about your charge. I try to be very selective of my criticism and do not apply it to whole groups of people. Your rant against me says something about some kind of insecurity you're having to deal with and less about me. I'm sorry your candidate didn't win, and glad you are supporting the Democratic Party. That said, you need to rethink your criticism and not stereotype everyone who has something negative to say about those dead-ender Hillary supporters. They aren't good for the party, and Hillary this morning rightly urged them to MOVE ON and support Obama!
AND, one more thing... I wanted Obama to pick Hillary as Vice President because I thought that would have been best for the party. He didn't, so like Hillary said "Obama / Biden" should be our choice.

Didn't you know the first C in CNBC stands for "criminal". Most if not all "experts" on this network should be behind bars, including the hosts. Yes even pretty but sinister Erin Burnett also. What's so pathetic about them is that they are not even conscious of how arrogant and morally bankrupt they are, which results in a complete lack of context of financial events, what or who caused them, and alternative points of view. Of course if they offered context, then the criminals wouldn't appear on the network. It's a shameful display of shallowness and greed. I can't believe people like Kudlow are even allowed on the street much less in nation's living rooms.

Wouldn't big media CEOs and the like be just as vested in the Wall Street bailout as the financial guys? I'm proud of Senator Obama for the strength of his character and his foresightedness in this present crisis. I also proud of Senator Dodd and Senator Shelby for insisting on transparency and help for the American people. We must be careful when judging material presented thru corporate media whose executive suites are inextricably linked with the financial establishment.
