AMERICAblog: CNN's Cafferty: McCain is jealous that everybody likes Obama

  • tlsintx · 1 year ago
i'd say the shit has hit the fan.

Yaaaaay, Jack. This is a great one.

I agree with Cafferty about 95% of the time which is really saying something for CNN. The other contributors and the CNN anchors are mostly tools paid to do the bidding of Rethug station owners.

Nazis knew how to control the media and so do Rethugs.

    Exactly!

Is either Britney Spears or Paris Hilton registered to vote?
    Inquiring minds want to know.
  • Milli · 1 year ago
Are we sure they even know who Obama and McCain are? Seriously.

McCain is sounding more and more desperate every day. He reminds me of the old crackpot who lived in the neighborhood and yelled "hey, get offa my lawn." Everyone of us on this site can relate to that neighborhood guy, I am sure.

Haha..well put Mr. Jack! Glad to hear someone's got the balls to speak up.

You know what one of the most amazing things I have realized about the "Straight Talk Express?" McCain, eight years ago, became a bitter enemy of ABTSCL Bush, after Bush went after McCain with negative and misinformative information that he and his team leaked during the Republican primaries. When Bush made an attempt to put his hand on McCain's shoulder and explain (lie) that he had nothing to do with the misinformation, McCain famously growled, "Don't give me that shit. And take your hand off of me!" You would think that McCain would remember how upset he was at a candidate attacking him with lowball tactics, and I'm sure that he had every intention at the beginning of this campaign to keep it on the issues. But how quickly and easily it is to sell our souls to the devil (Rove).

Wanna bet Bush won't even go to the GOP Convention.

McCain is pathetic...and even having bush around will make it worse.

Putting a loser of a mother and a jail bird in his commercials...now is the time if ever one had ever paused to question McCain's judgement.

"In a poll conducted by the Associated Press and AOL, Hilton was voted the second "Worst Celebrity Role Model of 2006", behind Britney Spears."

The cable channels can use more cranky old truth tellers, rather than the blow dried corporate dweebs we they got now.

Wish they didn't get rid of Aaron Brown.

He should have cried at the aftermath of Katrina like Anderson Cooper.

    A star was born.

...And how about that campaign manager of his, Rick Davis. Is he serious? He told Andrea Mitchell that everyday Obama does nothing but attack, attack and attack John McCain! Can you believe this guy? What? Is he some king of lune? He considers Obama a celebrity and not someone worthy of the presidency -- I guess like -- McCain or perhaps even himself. He either is extremely deaf and misinformed by his own campaign or he believes we are! Mr. Davis, while Senator Obama was overseas last week, tell me in your own words (no cheating off your neighbor's paper) exactly what was Senator McCain talking about? (Besides his just learning that milk had just risen to $ a gallon -- yeah he's one of us alright) Just how many times did he spewed Senator's Obama's njame? (That may be a little tough, you may refer back to videotape as you wil have to play it over and over again to get an accurate count.) And if you want to know the truth about your Prince, check out biography (yes even that when he was a POW is there) on YouTube. Ah, Hell, I'm sure you know all about that as well.

They're using the Hillary strategy, no doubt about it.

Attack, attack, attack, then claim the other side is doing the attacking.

I even noticed McCain's people complaining Obama's playing the "race card," just like Bill did.

Lou Dobbs is going to comment tonight on this very issue.

Rick Davis is a true POS--saw the same thing--wanted to throw something at the TV for the 100th time today...
  • Sage24 · 1 year ago
I notice this Davis Guy too. He was viciously attacking Obama without pausing to take a breath. This must be the latest campaign strategy.
So similar to the Bush/Rove one. They have nothing worth to run with, and they are trying to distract the American people from the fact that McCain is the third Bush term, by attacking Obama. If you look at Mr. Crooked Talking's speech, you will see it is mostly about Obama, and nothing much about McCain's policies.

Jack Cafferty, cranky, but delightfully frank, is right on. The McCain camp is indeed envious of who Obama is, and what he inspires in millions of people. Next to Obama, McCain is like chopped liver.
  • OlderAndWiser · 1 year ago
Hey, didn't I say that this morning? Or was that last night? At 67, it's hard to remember everything [snark].

Yes, he IS jealous--and there's a lot for this has-been to be jealous of (pardon the dangling participle).

    Ah yes...23 hours ago. : )
Can McBush ads get any more stupid than to repeatedly show his green eyed jealousy over Obama's intelligence, judgment and appeal? McBush has absolutely NOTHING for the American public, thus, he attacks...

"Jealous that everyone likes the other guy"...how very junior high school. And how very appropriate for this nation. We are nothing more than a junior high school in maturity, knowledge, and behavior. It is pathetic.
  • tlsintx · 1 year ago
i just heard on the radio that in response to Obama's ad saying McLame is taking the low road, McLame's campaign says Obama is "playing the race card, from the bottom of the deck."

what the hell does that mean? pure Rove.

oops. sorry Bush_Bites, i see you mentioned this already...
    great minds :)

Jack, so crusty, so takenoshittable! We luv you!

Cafferty is the real straight talker. McSame is a very poor imitation.

    WANT MORE PAIN?????

    VOTE McCAIN!!!!!!
  • ron071 · 1 year ago
THE KEY QUESTION: Will the voters be fooled once again by MUD, SLIME, and a WINK and a NOD? This has been the last resort of the scoundrels and it has worked on those feeble of mind.
  • kirkaracha · 1 year ago
Paris Hilton and Britney Spears are kind of yesterday's news, though. He's even out of touch in his attack ads. Besides, McCain's more like Britney than Obama is.
