Seriously, I suspect Dobbs will make tons more money doing whatever he does next. Like Limbaugh (who admits it is all about the money), I think Dobbs has just found a better gravy train.
By the way, is there any conceivable way that Obama could apologize for this on behalf of the Democrat party, and perhaps make Dobbs a WH consultant?
Dobbs has to be aware that, in America, right-wing extremism is a huge money-making industry. I suspect that his increased rhetoric was done with an eye towards his wallet.
Make no mistake, Lou Dobbs will make a killing, either via Faux Snooze or any number of right-wing venues that pay big bucks for purveyors of hate.
I dunno for what, but it definately sounded like he was saying "i cant do what i want to do next while still hosting a show on CNN"

As far as Dobbs, don't count him out yet. Remember last November when tons of people were rejoicing because, they said, we'd never hear from Sarah Palin again?

Unless someone or another permanently duct tapes his mouth shut or surgically removes his vocal cords, I believe he'll be free to speak about whatever comes into his head at any time he chooses. At least until the time he shuffles off this mortal coil.

I didn't watch Lou Dobbs very much, so no big loss for me.
Now their farms were nothing more than inefficient sharecropping backwards little things, but they did provide livelihoods. Those things had to go with growing populations, but we do need to do something about this problem. NAFTA screwed over a lot of people.
