I am in the toy business and you are right that it is a horrible problem. One note on the published list. They only note the importer. Not who is selling the toxic toys. Many of the importers, who are solely responsible for the safety of the toys are in fact retail chains disguised using their import divisions business name. Check it out. One of the disadvantages of wealth, power and greed. The children of wealthy parents grow up with lots and lots and lots of toys. Guess which kid had more toys than he could play with. Yep! very easy to guess. The Fratboy-in-Chief.

It's fabulous to set new limits, but this bill is ALL big industry oriented. Small toy makers, who usually make sweet wooden, old fashioned toys are screwed. So much for America's small businesses.
