Give me a break. Billary's own people predicted she would win by 25+ percentage points. Anything less than that is a devastating loss for both her and her philandering hubby. Especially among African-Americans in Pennsylvania, she has the highest negatives of any candidate. She is literally despised by a huge number of people both Democrats and Republicans.

Perhaps the biggest question evolving right now in terms of the media is why they seem to spend so much time reading right wing blogs and then elevating whatever rumors/gossip/garbage right onto the airwaves without doing any verification. They pulled this during the debates, when Gibson (I believe) made the remark "it's all over the Internet." Huh? That isn't attribution - it's deceptive. Just as deceptive as the "some people say" and "many people believe" hocus-pocus that they are using to justify creating another "issue" or "controversy."
Any network which engages in this crap doesn't deserve press credentials to cover the national election - or the conventions. And that should be written into the rule for both parties.

In just the latest sad chapter in the decline and fall of the American media, press outlets are claiming that Barack Obama gave Hillary Clinton the finger during a recent campaign event. Despite the obvious video evidence that Obama was inadvertently scratching his cheek as he spoke, Fox News, the LA Times, the Chicago Tribune and the Washington Post (just to name a few) all ran with stories raising the specter of Fingergate. Sadly, back in 1998, one of the presidential candidates did in fact figuratively flip the Clintons the bird. And John McCain is still paying no price for it.

I have something for the scorched earth Hillary campaign to think about. I'm sure it won't matter because they are the win at any cost crowd, but there have been indications that plenty of Republicans in Pennsylvania are voting, and voting for "the Worst" or the "Candidate they think McCain can beat." Sure, since the media has hyped this election endlessly, I'd guess they would represent ten points of the voters at the most. Therefore, if Hillary wins by ten points, I would say the majority are THE ENEMY and should be immediately discounted by the Democratic Party and USED to get Hillary OUT OF THE RACE and stop that kind of Rush Limbaugh "destroy America!" crap NOW!
