Also took me a second to recognize Johnny's glamour shot portraiture at the spot's conclusion (shown by MSTIM but not the Chicken Noodle Network)...Très airbrush!!!

What is McCain's problem? His attacks have devolved into pure fantasy. He can't even seem to handle when his own quotes from a day ago are thrown back at him.
he just comes across these days as a mad old man. almost like the type that demands you respect your elders, like the bible says, but does not really do anything to deserve the respect other than get older. plus, i and seriously going to regret having to listed to grandpa lecture us for 4 years if he wins -- imagine grandpa simpson in the whitehouse...

It's one thing to believe in your own delusions, but believing your own lies is insane. Delusions can't be verified, but facts can. The McCain campaign is being run by Rove's clones who still delude themselves into believing that American voters will still believe their lies. They've learned nothing from the results of the 2006 elections. Nearly everyone in America knows that Bush was sold to the American people under false pretenses and that the Iraq invasion and occupation was sold under false pretenses as well. They're not going to allow themselves to be fooled again. No matter how much McCain tries to seperate himself from Bush, he's still a Republican and too many Republicans wanted Mitt Romney or Mike Huckabee or Frank Thompson or Ron Paul to be their candidate. Democrats will fully unite behind Obama as it becomes more and more apparent that he is going to be the winner, while Republicans will slowly but surely drop McCain like a hot potato when they see he is going to be the loser.

These jerks at the McCain camp are just throwing stuff at the wall. If Obama had gone and there were picture, they would have said he was exploiting the wounded soldiers. If he goes at other times without cameras, they claim that he doesn't visit the troops. It's almost a no-win situation since McCain's campaign has found the negative in everything Obama has or hasn't done.
To me, this kinda thing seems too stupid to think people would believe or care about. However, if the silly Swift Boat attack ads actually influenced people's vote in 2004 (a claim that -- true or false -- had nothing to do with real, everyday issues that people have to deal with), then this is a problem that needs to be met head on by Obama pronto.
