What I found interesting about the O'Reilly clip, which I saw on Keith's show, is how calm the producer/director was. He just repeatedly placated O'Reilly with a straightforward, steady voice and answered his absurd questions. And without missing a beat, he immediately cut to "1, 2, 3." Sounded to me like the guy was familiar with such outbursts.
