Everything about this Administration is a photo op. They built the backdrop for Bush in New Orleans. McCain had a campaign stop out side of New Orleans. They take the photo, drop some bullshit on our heads and fuck off into the night on their jet, drinking champagne and laughing at how the fooled us again. People 30% still think Bush is a great guy and that the GOP will look after their lost jobs, no healthcare and stop the mexican hordes. Write or call your Senator and ask him what the hell he does everyday to deserve his salary and free healthcare. Trust me they don't have an answer.

Obama did the right thing. Of course, Bush & McBush won't. I doubt any of those flood victims want to see the like of those 2...esp. after it's become known that FEMA initially only allocated $1 million for relief.
And so many of those folks had no flood insurance, assured by the State they didn't need it, that the levees would hold. But hey, you don't fuck with Mother Nature. She has her own plans to save the planet, if not the human race.

Just a couple of years ago, the writers at Americablog were trashing Bush because he didn't rush to New Orleans right after Katrina, when he would have tied up dozens of law enforcement officers needed in hurricane search and rescue.
