AMERICAblog: G8 agrees to do nothing on climate change

  • lynchie · 1 year ago
2050 shouldn't be a problem these assholes will have been dead for many years. In addition at the rate we are going through the oil reserves there will be no oil left to give off emissions. In fact I will go one step further, the only emissions will be Chimpy's midnight wet dreams of being popular.

How dare you cast aspersions on the world power suite! They had few fabulous 8 course dinners and exquisite bottles of wine while preaching to their constituents to not waste food.

actually it was a 16 course dinner with 7 different wines.

Pardon me. Being a commoner I cannot count past 10.
  • lynchie · 1 year ago
I reach my upchuck level at 9. The G-8 leaders aren't full of shit until they reach 16.

In the same vain as the above idiocy you have this.

    http://foolocracy.com/2008/07/baucus-senate-opp...

Montana Senator Max Baucus’ opponent, Bob Kelleher, wants to preempt negative campaigning against him. Kelleher wants voters to know that he turned away from the priesthood as a young man because he could not uphold the vow of chastity. Divorced three times, Kelleher admits he walked away from his first wife, mother of six of his children, because he wanted to have “fun.” Kelleher also admits he was not a good father to his seven children.

Kelleher is the 86-year-old former Democrat turned Green turned Republican who received the Republican nomination.

Another stalwart of the Republican Party. Dementia must be one of the prerequisites to run as a Republican. Just the kind of politician we need in Washington a complete and utter asshole.

Oh you cynical liberals. Just because something is vague, has no real standards or means of reducing emissions, and no real benchmark to measure what they're even cutting their levels from doesn't mean it's weak. It means it doesn't hinder the leaders by imposing strict regulations. They can cut as much as they want! Or something.

Seriously though, wouldn't we rather have a President Obama making US commitments to emissions standards than George "If I don't classify a pollutant as a pollutant, I can claim I reduced pollution" Bush making them? This is to be expected from him.

More insanity from the Fundies working for Bush.

    http://foolocracy.com/

A press packet released by the White House for President George Bush’s G-8 meeting in Japan was highly insulting of Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, also a G-8 member.

The biography referred to Berlusconi as “hated by many.” The packet also said Berlusconi is “regarded by many as a political dilettante who gained his high office only through use of his considerable influence on the national media.

Then, for good measure, the White House insulted both Berlusconi and the Italian people by stating Berlusconi is “one of the most controversial leaders in the history of a country known for governmental corruption and vice”.

The Bush whitehouse has set the bar for intelligence so low a snail can hop over it.

Dubbya was not a C student at Yale. Senator Prescott Bush gave Yale $165 Million a few weeks before Dubbya got his diploma. He had flunked out four times and was frequently found passed out in the Old Campus covered in his own vomit. The C student thing was made up shit by Karl Rove.

Maybe the nation will begin electing presidents who are actually half way intelligent or at least educated. Dubbya is NOT an educated man. His education was bought by the family.

Actually, since Silvio's such a Bush boy, I like this.

In fact, I can't tell whether it was done by some really clever troll in the White House press shop, who was just waiting to take his shot before the end of the term, or a typical dumb and incompetent Regent University communications grad who's in over his head.

    Probably the latter.

Let's be fair: they agreed to reduce toxic emissions by 50% by the year 2050 if India and China agree to participate in reaching that goal. If China and India do not cooperate, then it's China and India's fault. N'est-ce-pas?

seven different kinds of wine? That explians it - they're were all too drunk to make any decisions, just sat around saying 'I really love you man, no , really, I really love you' for a few hours till their minders propped them up for a group photo. I'm off to raid my fridge to find more food to throw away...

I don't like plants that take too much trouble growing. People should consider grasses. They're absolutely lovely in the breezes going on here now.
