Anastasia Beaverhausen.
Here are some thumbtack observations on the Inauguration, President Martin Luther King, Chief Justice Yoda, ex-Vice President Henry Potter and more.
Don't worry, I was kind to Obama. Really.
Palin actually did fine for the first half until she quoted her daughter in defending tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans. Then it was the usual moronic GOP talking points.
He belongs on Fox.
Any chance CNN can dump Nancy Grace too?
I'm sooo going to hell for that joke!
Ya know, the Vice President runs the Senate and sets the legislative agenda. Ya, it's true.
And I can't even imagine how col those folks on Pa. Ave. must be after standing and freezing for 9 hours so far!!
The Freepers are even more bat-shit crazy than usual today. Some of them are contemplating leaving the country.
Oh please do. Go to China. We'll help you pack!
I'm guessing they are probably the same jerks that wanted the US to bomb the crap out of those places but not the balls to go there themselves
The U.S. is, BY FAR, THE most capitalistic, right leaning country in the industrialized world. All of the other 1st world countries have much stronger social safety nets and have much saner attitudes towards liberal social stances than in our country.
If they're unhappy here, they'll be miserable in any other industrialized country. Ooohhh, I hope they DO go!
When Obama said the following sentence, EVERYBODY turned ( and I do mean everybody)...turned and looked at the person beside them and nodded...( we all agreed in unison.)
This is the sentence:
To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect. To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict, or blame their society's ills on the West - know that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy.
Trust me...everyone turned their head.
What a beautiful day for America, for the world. The adults are back in charge.
Jesus wept.
Who cares about these two? There is other, much better news.
Do they know how much it costs buy a new complete wardrobe of overpriced designer clothing for public appearances?
Obama fit everyone of those criteria much better than Johnny Mac does. That stuff didn't seem to bother them 2.5 months ago.
Wouldn't that be like having Adolph Eichman on to defend concentration camps while describing him as a "Salesman"?
No shame, no defense. They can only sell their philosophy with lies and subterfuge, and supported by their viewers astounding ignorance. Good Fucking Riddance!!!
And how long will we have to be subjected to that stupid twat Palin?
And I'm projecting, huh?
If I were to speculate, I'd guess that Beck continually approaches a persona that is akin to an ideal Reaganesque/Bush "conservative", a lone wolf-baying in the wilderness- unsung hero, who speaks the "truth" amid a landscape that has no ears. Logically, then, Beck develops a narcissism based upon a persona that never matures, but is always victimized by listeners' "lack of understanding". Were he an alcoholic, he'd be one of those self-pitying overcoat drunks at the end of the bar who sucks the life out of a good evening.
I'm guessing that, somewhere in the FoxNews editorial rooms, these matters are quickly brushed over because of the belief that Beck draws an audience, no matter how small, and that he is able to ham it up (while displaying his pathologies) in front of a camera for the duration of an entire show. He fills programming space.
btw, he was tearing up about his own "special needs" kid, not because he was talking with Palin.
His Fox News show is about what you would expect. picture a guy on the sidewalk with an "the end is near" sign shouting bible verses.
God, I'm so glad that the Wicked Witch flew back to the North Pole.
i have no experience w/that, my sixteen year old is fine in most all regards, he was not weeping for her, the post is misleading
but he is a sexist dick for doing the "i'm just sayin'" after the hot grandma remark
gilf ??
They all now must meet thier master.
Palin's "Taxes are punishment" belief is an extension of the simplistic, quick-fix culture that has been common in politics for way too long. While Palin is a relatively "fresh face" in US politics, her beliefs are old, outmoded, and truly destructive versions of Reagan's "What's in it for me?" cultural shift, the fruits of which have led to the economic and political mess that we have right now.
God bless President Barrack Hussein Obama!!!!
President Hussein Obama is god. Kneel appropriately.
God bless America. Equality for all.
