AMERICAblog: GOP pulls ad money from crazy Bachmann and anti-gay Musgrave races

  • grandma · 1 year ago
Oops, she did it again: Bachmann says ‘Barack Obama’s views are against America’

On the Mike Gallagher radio program Wednesday morning, Rep. Michele Bachmann explained that her statements were misconstrued when she accused Barack Obama and members of Congress of possibly having anti-American views.

She told Gallagher that what she really meant to say was that “Barack Obama’s views are against America.”

.....according to Merriam-Webster: Anti means “one that is opposed,” while against means “in opposition or hostility to.”

Wonderful! The repubs are pulling money from their "Troops" to defend their Generals. I see a fragging coming on. It has already started with that bitch Crist in Florida. He is in an open fight with BiG McC.

Sadly, so far in my little corner of NM, the repubs are voting 3 to 2 over dems. So Far. They have no qualms about announcing they are voting a straight ticket, while the Dems keep trying to be fair.

    Vote it straight in "08!

Is there actually, on tape or video, any "pro-American" statement from Obama? Isn't he just the anti-establishment candidate?

Busboy will still deny it even in the face of overwhelming evidence. Just like his butt-boys john and sarah.

Hey, Obama has been wearing the flag pin. Isn't that how you folks determined patriotism? Or, is that sooooo 2004? How do you show patriotism now?
  • Busboy · 1 year ago
It's still the flag pin thingy........

I donated here but don't forget the No on Prop 8 in California. Don't let the Mormon church and Focus on the Family (the biggest donors, 40% of $25 mil from the Mormon's) dictate their sick, delusional opinions on the rest of us.

I don't like anyone trying to put their morals values on me. What about you guys?

I know, we already raised $35,000 for them, but people weren't giving more the more we posted, so we figured we'd maxed everyone out. http://www.actblue.com/page/americablognoonprop8

Immorality...... Why didn't the founding fathers think to put that in the "Bill of Rights"? ;-)

note to John: isn't it finally time to get rid of this coarse POS?

Mormons: Many spouses = OK, even if related by blood.
Gay person: One spouse = One too many.

The hypocrisy is almost funny, until we see inbred children handling snakes. Thenit'sTOOLATE!!

Let's keep up the pressure on these jerks until election day. We need to bury them in order to effectuate change in this country on all levels.

So let's do whatever is necessary to get out the vote.

I have the dubious distinction of being represented my Marsha Blackburn. If we could get rid of her it would truly make my year. Alas, this is a bloody red district so not this year.
  • cowboyneok · 1 year ago
My condolences. Of course, I'm represented by Senators Inhofe and Coburn so I know how you feel. That Marsha is particularly hateful and snarky every time she is being interviewed.

John: I just went to the Minneapolis Star Tribune and this whack job has sent out an urgent plea to all conservative publications asking for money and has sent many, many emails to people across the country for help. Trust me, those crazy ass evangelicals will dip in and send her a load of dough. We must get rid of her--she is a menace!

The article I read said "do not count her out."--It will be in Thursday's paper.

I love it. What a freak Bachmann is....a hateful repugnant freak.

I have to say, as a subtext to the presidential race including the demise of the insane Sarah Palin. I am really, really, enjoying seeing Bachmann on the rocks as well as Musgrave. These two people represent the worst of the Neocon, bible beating in your face, us against them mentality. The attitude of these two women, not only set womens issues back, but as relics of the Rovien wave of bullshit, are now clinging to the old draconian ways of slash and burn Neocon politics. I for one am thrilled beyond belief to see these two evil, ignorant fools out of MY country's business. Or what I like to call the "real America". Perhaps now we can get 'real' Americans in the seats fighitng for the People of Minnesota and Colorado. November cannot come soon enough. Remember, getting these cretins out of these two states not only helps them locally, it creates a new positive force for the country.

Take time to donate to a very capable, articulate man who is now even with Bachmann:

    Another Freaky Bachmann nugget:

She started a Christian charter school in 1993 and banned a screening of the Disney film Aladdin, "feeling that it endorsed magic/witchcraft and promoted paganism." Needless to say, her election to Congress was a top priority of Christian right leaders like James Dobson.

What is it with the obsession of the wack jobs and witchcraft? Palin, and now this? Do they have erotic fantasies about Elizabeth Montgomery? Or perhaps Uncle Arthur? I don't get it. Wait, all of the cast of Bewitched was gay, including Endora, so perhaps they hate that which they find deep seated in themselves. Hmmm. Self loathing. It's all coming clear to me now.......
