Bostonian_Queer_in_Dallas · 1 year agoWe were at the Texas State Fair this weekend. There is a car exhibit. Most of them were HUGE gas guzzlers but many had hybrid logos. MPG's? 22, 28, a few over 30. WTF? A hybrid with 28 MPG? GM and Ford deserve to go out of business.

bicyclemark · 1 year agoHowdy Chris -- one thing that worried me, during the debates, Obama was talking about what the side effects of this crisis would be on his policies and he said something about energy conservation and policies related to global warming might have to wait? Sorry Im not getting it verbatim... but this type of logic worries me.. regardless of party, always putting aside the environment and our collective health/future in the name of economy.
