Yay! I'm an NC native, and I've hated the fact that Liddy Dole carpetbagged her way to the Senate through our state.

I think it's hilarious that the thing Dole got her rancid panties in a twist over was that it implied she was old.
Having seen that ad again and hearing of it's effectiveness has this guy heading out to find Hagan's ActBlue page!

that's the kind of ad should be done on McCain.
Just have the one guy say 95 and the other guy say 90,
One will be talking about McCain voting with Bush 95% of the time the other 90% of the time.

How about 95 per cent voting with bush and 83 per cent voting against VETERANS? ( 'oh, but I'm a REAL veteran; I voted against FAKE veterans...')

Ayup...that's the way to do it.

Sorry NC that you got stuck with her . . . people figured out pretty fast that she was in it for the money, not for supporting constituents and serving her nation . . . she had to move to a different state where it would take people awhile to figure her out but seems that has happened . . . Proud of you NC send that carpet bagger to Dubya's Texas, they deserve her!

Elizabeth Dole and her pharmaceutical popsicle stick propped cock husband fart dust and they need to be buried with their money.

Liddy got her panties in a twist about the ad - so much so, that's she's starting running one saying that it's a "lie" and the onscreen text says "most effective" (or some such nonsense).
This hit Liddy hard because she's run so many ads here trying to point to all these wonderful things she's done for North Carolina - big, fuzzy vague things that have something to do with the police ... fighting crime ... jobs ... or something. Once Hagen started putting out some concrete facts and figures and the campaign presented them in a memorable way, it started having an impact.

This would make a great anti-McCain ad -- 90% votes with Bush, plus 200 lobbyists on his bus, 1.5 million in big oil bribes, 100% bugfuck crazy with anger issues -- and a partridge in a pear tree. The possibilities are endless.
;)
