It appears that some considered placing their hand on Pamela Anderson's heart. (scroll down)

John, a small correction, if I might. You ARE supposed to put your hand on your heart during the National Anthem. Here is the relevant section of the law (36 USC Sec. 301):
(1) when the flag is displayed - (A) all present except those in uniform should stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart; (B) men not in uniform should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold the headdress at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart; and (C) individuals in uniform should give the military salute at the first note of the anthem and maintain that position until the last note; and
(2) when the flag is not displayed, all present should face toward the music and act in the same manner they would if the flag were displayed.

Notice everyone has on flag lapel pins! Also saw David Schuster (brown nosing) was there. Used to kind of like him and felt sorry for him when he was scolded for remarks about Chelsea. How stupid of me!

During the Vietnam war, I refused to put my hand over my heart, regardless of the circumstances, and refused to say the pledge..
I've taken up the practice again. When your country is wrong, make it right.

As if this is the most important thing in the world. All the false patriotism that goes on masks the fact that people are not out for the good of the country and their fellow man (or woman), they are out for themselves. All for the greed of things. Same for the so called "christians", alot of them would screw their mothers for a dime, much less anyone else. Jesus told you to help your fellow man, help yourself. Gee even the Nazi's were "patriotic".

Nice. I wonder of the right-wing wackos such as Faux News and drug addicts like limpballs will even mention this Un-American attitude of those at the dinner?
And honestly, does Monkey King Bush EVER look comfortable when surrounded by people? Especially since some of them know he's full of crap?

Other than a desire to put their hands over Pamela Anderson's heart (thanks, Dad), where did they actually put their hands. Inquiring minds wish to know.

Russert would probably have his hand over his Dick, if he could find it under those layers.
