To whom it may concern,
Haliburton, KBR and its subsequent sub-contractors are exempt from ALL American laws and those of ALL foreign countries.
I have spoken.
To register complaints, please contact the complaints department in Guantanimo Bay Cuba. Complaintants will be dealt with in the most severe manner.
Thank you and go fuck yourself.
Sincerest Regards, Dick Cheney

I still say the only reason KBR has avoided any scrutiny in the sphere is that their name is not as romantic or memorable as Blackwater.
Contractors are lobbyists in uniform.

Saw an old veteran wheeling himself around the VA hospital today with a "Halliburton" baseball cap on his head. Thought to myself, "I wonder who saw that cap and put him in that wheelchair?"
How out of touch can you be to dare WEAR that hat EVEN in Oklahoma? Especially at a veteran's facility. Too many veterans know Dick Cheney's Halliburton and KBR's record of incompetence in Iraq.
