Someone deserves a raise in the Obama camp. Whoever decided to book Michelle Obama on Colbert Report is someone who truly understands the American electorate. She was stunningly beautiful, smart and funny. Those are THREE VERY IMPORTANT qualifications that get First Lady's husband's elected. Yea, it makes me kind of disappointed in the American electorate but, hey, it works. Many undecideds in the last election chose Dubya over Kerry because they thought Laura Bush was prettier than Theresa Kerry. The Democrats are starting to understand how to reach the average American voter by employing the same tactics Republicans have used. I was SO PROUD to see her appear on the Colbert Report. We have to remember a lot of Americans get their news from satirical comedy shows like "The Daily Show" and "Colbert Report." If anyone doubts the influence of those shows then study how Huckabee spiked when Colbert satirically endorsed him. George W. Bush is a fine example of the average Colbert viewer. Dubya and friends, stupidly didn't understand his satire and booked him at the Correspondence Dinner and paid dearly for their idiocy. Funny wins!

Yes, Michelle Obama was great on Colbert...really great. Obama looks great playing basketball too. Not a very elitest thing..... Show more of him doing his thang on the court.....he looks great, and people can relate.

One other thing I noticed about Michelle Obama. Many who are interviewed by Colbert have a hard time holding their own because he is a satirical genius. Michelle consistently disarmed him, and even had several zingers of her own. She is intelligent, engaging and entertaining! An A PLUS performance, Michelle, and again great job Obama camp. Democrats are GETTING IT!

The way he plays the game says a lot. His demeanor and attitude is so impressive. He is a gentleman on the court, as he is on the campaign trail.
He is not perfect, but this country needs someone like him to change the direction it has been taken to. Neither McCain nor Hillary, has the talent to
    do that.

    Charlatan Clinton.....

The Clinton campaign outsourced bitter actors from New Jersey to appear in her bitter ad for Pennsylvania.
