Hillary's lies now front and center on evening news.

The Tonya Harding option, Lie Lie and more Lies... In the End, Obama will get the Gold medal.

    LunaStick -

Another great example! From a "democratic official" obviously on Obama's side. This meme has been promoted by BO's camp before that HRC is completely lacking in ethics or any human characteristic--she's just a monster out to destroy anything in her path. Politics of personal destruction--case closed.

So tell me: what does this new politics BO promises look like? My original comment on the previous post stands. There doesn't seem to be a difference between Chicago-style and southern-fried.

How will this help BO unite us after the nomination?

I'm sick of the HIllbots trying to demonize Obama. When Hillary photo-shopped his picture in those negative ads and tried to make him appear more "negroid" with darker skin and a wider nose, I'd had enough. Obama is about a positive ideology and reconciliation among both Democrats and Republicans - not the divisive partisanship of Shillary and her philandering, perjuring husband. No one wants to return to the nightmare of the 90's.
  • LunaStick · 1 year ago
Uh DaveinMpls? You are assuming this anonymous official is an Obama supporter. He is just as likely to be someone who sees hillary and her campaign for what it is. A shameless, dirty, low-down gutter campaign.
    Case re-opened!

Tell me what you have heard Obama himself say negative about hillary. Let's then compare them to what hillary has said personally about Obama.
  • Indigo · 1 year ago
The bigger question is, is that what Howard Dean really wants?
    Yes, it is.
  • KarenMrsLloydRichards · 1 year ago
They both have dark roots--and I mean that in every sense of the phrase.
  • Rob Mule · 1 year ago
You don't choose your family, but you choose what church you want to attend

May I recommend the Our Lady of Brass Knucks Sunday service?
But, exactly how often does Her HRCness attend???
According to a "New York" 'Electopedia' dated Jan. 11, 2008:

A Methodist...Clinton responded to that same AP questionnaire by saying she attends church “as often as possible.”

And actually, you do choose your family. It's called divorce. A women's rights leader said to me once, regarding women who stay with their cheating husbands in order to further their careers: You don't choose a job over your self-respect.
  • rgodfrey · 1 year ago
Dr. Laura Schlessinger pointed this character flaw out about Hillary back in the 90's. Dr. Schlessinger made some good points about how a woman like Hillary is really weak and dependent on her slimy husband but hides it behind outward masculinity and almost lesbianish behavior (betraying her latent hatred of men). Anyone with their eyes open has always seen Hillary for the power-hungry witch she is.
  • KarenMrsLloydRichards · 1 year ago
Nancy: "Why meeee?!?" The Democratic Party: "Why us?!?"
  • rgodfrey · 1 year ago
LOL, I love this analogy. Billary, Slick Willie, and Algore made a circus of the 90's. They need to get the hell out of the Democratic Party and let people with integrity take over. The corrupt Clinton crew will do anything to remain in power and they are desperate for relevancy. Andrew Sullivan said it best when he described the almost lurid sexual appetite of the whole creepy Clinton gang. Hopefully none of those freaks will ever disgrace the White House again.
  • nsr · 1 year ago
And she's doing it with the help of Richard Mellon Scaife.
  • Mykel1 · 1 year ago
"Her securing the nomination is certainly possible - but it will require exercising the 'Tonya Harding option.'" the official said. "Is that really what we Democrats want?"

Yep! That is exactly what they want, it has to be. That way by bumbling the POTUS election they can continue the plan of blaming the GOP for all the ills besetting America. That's pretty much what they been doing all along now.

Being passive, acquiescing to all of Boosh & Cheney's policies and playing the helpless, abused domestic partner.

While along secretly supporting GOP and the lobbyist agenda. There is $$$ in that, including Saint, I mean Senator Obama.

That is why I say republicans and democrats should form one big happy party, they could consider calling it the Redemocan party.

Real nice look the U.S. gov has right about now, NOT!!!!

They are so drunk of with power in DC they wouldn't know reality if it jumped up and bitch slapped them.

    .
  • Rustyzipper · 1 year ago
AKA knee capers: Rupert Murdoch, Rush Limbaugh and Richard Mellon Scaife. That's quite a pack you hang with Hillary.
  • Rustyzipper · 1 year ago
Most Americans can agree on something Hillary is not honest and trustworthy.

"Hillary Clinton is rated as "honest and trustworthy" by 44% of Americans, far fewer than say this about John McCain (67%) and Barack Obama (63%)."

Come on Super D'sTELL her to GO !!
  • LunaStick · 1 year ago
Okay I'm pissed! I made this comparison a couple days ago! That anonymous party official stole it from me!!!
    LOL!

Harding and Clinton are both redneck trailor trash. I bet she is going to break a lace on convention night and cry all night long.
  • Rustyzipper · 1 year ago
you know, I got to say, today the MSM is all over Hil-billy.... I think they smell the meat.

    Its about time.......
  • rgodfrey · 1 year ago
It hasn't been this good since Matthew Drudge caught Slick Willie with the blue dress. There's nothing Shillary can really say to defend her lie unless she wants to make a complete fool of herself like Bill did when he committed perjury.
  • Rustyzipper · 1 year ago
Watching Abbrams... there going to town on Hilly.

    Bosnia is Hillary's MaKaa moment..lmao.
  • nsr · 1 year ago
I'm starting to think the DLC is there to throw elections. Gore and Kerry's silence in 00 and 04, now this, a candidate working with the kookiest, most committed wingnuts to destroy the non-DLC candidate. I don't think it's just desperation-- I'm starting to get the idea she doesn't want a non-DLC democrat in the White House.
  • rgodfrey · 1 year ago
"I'm starting to get the idea she doesn't want a non-DLC democrat in the White House.
    reply"

If Obama can't survive the Clinton slime, then he would never be able to sustain the onslaught from GOP dirty tricksters to come. The bottom line is that I would NEVER vote for a bit*h like Hillary under any circumstances. I think the poll was too low that showed that 20% of Obama supporters won't vote for Hillary if by some chance she was nominated. I would say it's more like 95%!
  • duchessofbilgewater · 1 year ago
I find it interesting that this comment was made (I believe) in an interview with the Pittsburgh Tribune Review -- owned by the greatest Clinton hater of all time: Richard Mellon Scaife. Scaife is a one man vast right wing conspiracy!
  • bowseat93 · 1 year ago
Actually, when she said that line, I didn't think of Bill ... I thought of her pardon-seeking brother. You can't divorce blood, but you can probably avoid bringing the black sheep to the forefront!
  • DaveinMpls · 1 year ago
LunaStick - All you'd prove is that BO is better at appearing to keep his nose clean. I agree with you that it is more unseemly for the candidate herself to make the attacks. I would hope that a neutral (as opposed to Obama-supporter/SD?) Democratic official would be more careful to use non-perjorative language when talking about a Democrat.
  • LunaStick · 1 year ago
DaveinMpls, one thing we have learned from this campaign is that people can't seem to help but use pejorative languge. Now I admit the analogy to Harding is a bit of a cheapshot, I'm glad I came up with it ;)! However an argument can be made that it is fair. Hillary is looking desperate to win at all costs. The only way she can win is to destroy the party. Her chances of winning the majority of delegates and/or popular vote are nil. At that point, any win for hillary will look as if it was stolen and that will be the end of the party.

Btw, Look at hillary using that snake Carville to call Richardson a Judas. This is disgusting on many levels. It is an attempt to intimidate other SDs and it disparages Richardson simply because he made his choice based on who he thinks is the better candidate. The McCarthy quote is nothing in comparison to that.
  • vwcat · 1 year ago
Marc Ambinder has a posting up that the Clintons have an article in The American Spectator! Off the deep end or are planning on going republican and becoming McCain's vp?????
    http://marcambinder.theatlantic.com/archives/20...
  • LunaStick · 1 year ago
Excellent find vwcat! Next thing we'll see is Bill on the Rush Limbaugh show!

    Wait.....
  • rgodfrey · 1 year ago
It blew my mind when Bill guest hosted with Limbaugh. To hear the two of them snicker and giggle like racist trailer trash made me want to vomit.
  • DaveinMpls · 1 year ago
LunaStick - I agree with the second paragraph, but I don't see anything wrong with letting the process play out. We still have some states to go, and the SDs have their role. I think Dean will work to get them (SDs) on the record more quickly so the writing will be on the wall (as in someone has enough delegates, not just more). That's the process and the politics. It's not HRC being evil and destroying the party.
  • LunaStick · 1 year ago
DaveinMpls, hillary would have to win ALL the remaining states by 65% to overtake Obama. Not going to happen. Her staying in it only hurts the party. The longer this goes on, the more bad blood is developing between the two sides. I've certainly moved completely away from hillary and have come to the point where there is no circumstance when I will vote for her. There are no doubt hillary supporters who are feeling the same way and more and more people are reaching such conclusions daily. The longer she holds on to the slim to none hope of winning, the worse it is for our party.
  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago
Bill and Hillary need to go back to Arkansas and leave us civilized people alone.

Nah, they still haven't touched her work helping to pass NAFTA, her lies about helping to pass the Family and Medical Leave Act, and are letting her dance around not releasing her tax returns, Clinton Library donations, White House papers and PardonGate papers.
  • LunaStick · 1 year ago
Bush Bites, it took watching Abrams tonight for me to first heat hillary's quote saying it is "nice" Obam has released his tax returns but now is the time for him to release his Illinois state legislature records. Talk about chutzpah! Hillary hasn't released her tax records for the past 7 or so years yet!!

  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago
Furthermore, we have no proof that Clinton stayed in her marriage because doing so would further her career. They both could very well be deeply in love....

    LOL!!!!!
  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago
Still haven't heard much about Hillary's fundamentalist prayer group either.
  • GrantinHouston · 1 year ago
Some trivia. Barack Obama is not only releated to Dick Cheney but also to six other U.S. presidents including President George W. Bush (10th cousin) and his father, George H.W. Bush, Gerald Ford, Lyndon Johnson, Harry S. Truman and James Madison. Other Obama cousins include besides Cheney, British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill and Civil War Confederate General Robert E. Lee. John McCain is Laura Bush's 6th cousin. Obama is also related to Brad Pitt whereas Hillary is related to Angelina Jolie.

Hillary's distant cousins include Camilla Parker-Bowles, and also Celine Dion, Alanis Morissette, and Madonna, so maybe DIVA is in Hillary's blood!

The jury is out on whether or not Hillary created the SCHIP program, health care for children. Sen. Orin Hatch gives the kudos to Sen. Ted Kennedy, not Hillary.

New article from a Utica NY local paper that Hillary's Reverend has been convicted of inappropriately touching a 7 y.o. girl. It is being discussed on the Mike Malloy show...caller read it on Jonathan Altermann's blog(sp)

correction: Hillary's former Pastor's conviction written about on Alternet.

does this mean hillary will do celebrity boxing next?
  • CJBear71 · 1 year ago
God. The Hillary hating is just gone to new, bizarre levels here. I'm done with Americablog.

BTW. It's incredibly unlikely that she will win the nomination, but you do realize it's very likely that her position is so strong that Obama is forced to choose her for the VP spot right? I can't wait to see all you idiots suck it up and play nice with her again...but then again - I won't be paying attention to this pathetic little blog that thinks it's so much better than it is.
  • rgodfrey · 1 year ago
Good riddence Hillbot. Take your blue dress and your Chinese slush fund and your failed socialized medical scam and get the hell out of Dodge. ROTFLMAO!
  • zavlin · 1 year ago
Its funny to think, if hillary's bosnia story hadnt been exposed and she had somehow gotten the nomination, she wouldv been retelling this story over and over in a presidential campaign, and it wouldv been an extreme liability if it came out then.
  • jr · 1 year ago
Howard Dean needs to tell Hillary Romney Clinton to drop out. Mccombover has the home field advantage on tv, radio, newspapers and magazines and every day there's more puff pieces from his media fanboys. Hillary's Naderism knows no bounds
  • MoonDragon · 1 year ago
She would have left her pastor.. Sounds simple. Walking away from pastor Wright is also walking away from the entire congregation, which is an extended family. It's walking away from the good works in the community and commitment to his Christian life and obligations to serve. Yes, there are other congregations, but it's not just pick and choose when the times get tough. It's working through the bad actions and healing and directing the energy in positive directions. Would she (or would she have him) abandon the Democratic party if one of the leadership did something mind jarringly stupid or would she (or he) be expected to stay and fight to make it right again? Is she telling us she'll cut and run from the party if someone says something stupid?
  • SPatrick · 1 year ago
Senator Clinton cannot win with you. There is nothing wrong with her attempting to make her marriage work. What you forget about Senator Obama is that he didn't just attend that congregation. He chose to write the book to kick off his campaign based on this man's values.
  • johnj · 1 year ago
I think John may have misunderstood Hillary's comment that "You don't choose your family." Doesn't it seem likely that she was acknowledging Obama's inability to disown his racial-profiling grandmother rather than referring to her own philandering husband?
  • DrJohn · 1 year ago
Hillary is Tanya Harding AND James Carville is the thug going after Barack's kneecaps. The is the worst of American politics--"if you can't beat 'em, destroy 'em."

"And actually, you do choose your family. It's called divorce. A women's rights leader said to me once, regarding women who stay with their cheating husbands in order to further their careers: You don't choose a job over your self-respect." John Aravosis [Moderator] Today 06:55 PM

I know many people who went the divorce route and I know many who made it work after one or the other was not faithful. I don't know why it is our business what two people do when they have difficulty in their marriage. I know I certainly don't want the government or my friends sticking their nose in my bedroom , relationship, or tell me how I can conduct myself sexually. John, ff all people posting here I thought you would understand that better than most.

Furthermore, we have no proof that Clinton stayed in her marriage because doing so would further her career. They both could very well be deeply in love , they may have a trusted meaningful relationship, we don't have the answers to that because we are not at their dinner table or bedroom.

I don't presume anything about Obama or Clinton, more so when it's of a personal nature where we could not possibly have the correct answers, unless we have a direct unfettered pipeline to both. Why is it some take liberty against Obama or Clinton without factual evidence? I don't get that.
