I would not vote at all, as I would not vote for McCain eather, but I have to admit I dislike Hillary, and I dislike McCain's policies, but still could not vote for him. If he gets elected I would watch the inaugaration ceremonies, but I would not watch that phony and lier Hillary's God-forbid, nomination. You know as far as the Rev. Wright goes, he was representing the gospel of Jesus Christ, in his own flawed humanely way, because I am sure Jesus would himself be outraged (as he was with the money changers in the temple) that this supposedely christian nation has gone agains his teachings concerning how you treat your enemies. Wow, what a great role model she is becoming for little girls everywhere. If you can’t win fair and square, sabotage the victory of your opponent, while simultaneously playing the victim card, in a mean spirited attempt at retaliation. Even if that means undercutting the very people who helped in your past victories. Lovely. Without the minority vote, Bill would have never won in 1992. He barely had a majority, which the right wing used to declare him illegitimate. The Clinton’s owe their life of luxury to the very people they are now willing to stab in the back by working to undermine the candidate they have chosen overwhelmingly. It’s rich to hear how they chastise Richardson for lack of their perceived loyalty but have no qualms dismissing millions they personally owe THEIR careers and personal fortune to. To tell you the truth, I never had high expectations about Hillary as a presidential candidate -- she is too much of a DINO for my taste -- but her presidential campaign has exceeded all expectations on the downside – and it just gets worse every week.
Also, make no mistake -- Hillary would govern in precisely the same way that she has run her campaign – her sleazy tactics are embedded in the Clintonian DNA – she and Bill can’t help themselves.
I keep wondering how I would feeling right about now if the first female presidential candidate were an outstanding progressive Democrat like Barbara Boxer or Jan Schakowsky or Patty Murray – all of these women voted against giving Bush the authority to invade and occupy Iraq in 2002. In the meantime, I’m looking forward to the following:
