  • michaelt · 1 year ago
how about no? how about FUCK YOU?

sorry, i just don't like it when millionaires ask me for money.
  • cagefreebrown · 1 year ago
let's talk about campaign finance reform and i'll think abou it.
remember campaign finance reform? it's what candidates always talk about before they break new spending records.
it's 3AM, do you know who's going to pay for your lousy t.v. commercials?

    hahaha
  • KerrynowCampau · 1 year ago
Sorry Hillary. You could have saved yourself $$ had you dropped out sooner.
  • blackwolf · 1 year ago
She really could have saved herself a lot of grief had she dropped out earlier.

    As if.

I'll support giving Hillary money on the same day I send money to support Robert Mugabe's reelection bid.

And speaking of Zimbabwe, we have NO LEVERAGE in helping the horrible situation there thanks to 8 years of Republican rule here. The Republicans have SO devastated America's reputation abroad that we have NO credibility in any regard anywhere now.

If Obama were president now, we WOULD be able to influence and possibly END the crap taking place in Zimbabwe now.
  • moreleesafer · 1 year ago
I was thinking the SAME THING this morning. I was listening to the news and some US govt official was quoted as stating that "His human rights violation and oppression of citizens will not be tolerated..."

I thought hmmmpf well, we have been at it for 8 years who the hell are we to try to take the hight road now? The pot has some merve talking to the kettle like that.
  • Butch1 · 1 year ago
Perhaps, she would be in less debt if she had dropped out of the race earlier when it was obvious that she had no chance to win. Instead, she gave the republicans more cannon fodder to use against Obama from now until after the November elections. No one else that ran for president has asked for help paying off their presidential run, she should have considered this instead of trying to force her way into the presidency. Sorry, we're in a recession and what money is to be donated will go to Obama.

Hillary Supporters--all 18 million of you. Please send in just one or two dollars today and help Hillary retire her debt. You can do it!
  • Nigel Elliott · 1 year ago
    Yes. They. Can. :-)
  • Bush_Bites · 1 year ago
    Yeah, go for it.

Especially the losers over at Hillaryis44 and No Quarter.

Sorry. No way in Hell will I give her money,
  • Houndentenor · 1 year ago
Here's the problem. It's not Hillary who gets hurt by being in debt. It's all the vendors, many of them small businesses, that have not gotten paid and might not ever get paid. It's not like this money will wind up in her own pocket. (Although I'm still not donating, mind you. She insulted me and while I feel bad for her vendors I'm also not endorsing someone who mocked me and whose husband signed two pieces of anti-gay legislation. I have an idea...maybe Bill needs to make some more speeches so they can pay the people who worked for them.)
  • KerrynowCampau · 1 year ago
If someone will pay off my house I will have more time and money to help Obama.
  • PeteWa · 1 year ago
    Looking to Hillary supporters here!
This is it, your clarion call, prove to us all that there are actually 18 million of you!
Send two dollars to Hillary, she needs you, now!
That's less money than most people spend on coffee a day, you can do it!
    GO GO GO GO!!!!
  • Indigo · 1 year ago
Maybe. What's her stand on gay marriage?
  • moreleesafer · 1 year ago
the only way she is getting my money is if she herself pries it out of my cold, dead hands.

    no. i. can't.
  • Subroutine · 1 year ago
    ROFL!
  • FunMe · 1 year ago
    Doesn't she make $150,000,000 a year?

My money goes only to progressives ... true progressives.

So no to her request for my money.
    But thank you for asking!
  • FunMe · 1 year ago
    Oh, I almost forgot.

She NEEDS to go on a duet with Ed McMahon. Follow his strategy ... Larry King, other TV shows, etc.

The sympathy route for millionaires always works.
  • Bartman · 1 year ago
I think NOT. Not after the hate and discontent that you have created...by staying in the race way too long.
  • Rab · 1 year ago
Like any rich fucker, open your own wallet Hillary and pay it yourself.
  • Bobby · 1 year ago
No way, sister! You're not getting a dime from me.
  • OlderAndWiser · 1 year ago
Hey, her rich daughter, husband, or she herself could help out, but not this SS recipient. NO WAY EVER. And let all her fans who decided to support McBush, for chrissakes, help her retire her overspending and overstay in the campaign. She bled money in her campaign, but that doesn't mean I have to be a spendthrift by helping retire her debt.

  • jimfromthefoothills · 1 year ago
jesus fucking christ, can't a clinton ever pick up a god-damn check? She spent $50 million after the nomination was decided in what can only be described as self-delusion and aggrandizement.

    You pay it sweety.
  • KarenMrsLloydRichards · 1 year ago
She Who Must Be Obeyed was out of our collective face for almost two blissful weeks; now she's BAA=AACK!!
  • KarenMrsLloydRichards · 1 year ago
Don't forget, first in line to get paid is that huge glutton Mark Penn (aka Mr. Creosote).
  • vegasbaby · 1 year ago
She has got to be kidding. Poor, poor, Shillary. Why not get some of those corporate buddies of yours to pony up the payoff. After all, you did SO much for them over the years, it's the least they could do for you right?

What other candidate asks for poor working class folks to pay off her "risky gamble?"

    Total and complete bull crap!!!!
  • jr · 1 year ago
I'd rather donate to Mark Begich for the Alaska senate seat than be blackmailed by Hillary
  • njprogressive · 1 year ago
there are plenty of other campaigns to contribute to. i can only see myself donating to hillary if something amazing happens, like a lottery win. then i might give her a five spot.
  • AngelaChanning · 1 year ago
Um, I have my own bills to pay, thank you. Imagine if I ran up my American Express card and then asked for help in paying it off. It would be my responsibility, not my family or friends. Geesh. You know, I hate to say this but it was nice not having her in the spotlight for a couple of weeks. Don't get me wrong, I am glad she made peace with the party (sort of) and is supporting Obama. However, if she had ended her bizarre quest earlier, she would not have all this campaign debt. Thank you for listening.

I only give money to NPR, animals, and people with AIDS (and at this point, I'm not so sure about NPR and the people with AIDS).

Aw...How cute! HRC's webcam has a Barbara Walters fuzzy filter...
  • zavlin · 1 year ago
It sickens me that hillary begs for the working class to pay off her debts. Debts she can pay off by visiting the bank, or writing a book. Her campaign was historically mis-managed, they deserve to feel the burn.
  • Subroutine · 1 year ago
Personally, I'd really like to write a check for the full amount of her debt.....but that would be sexist. I mean....with her running up a huge debt like that and then begging a man to pay it off. I just can't debase her further by sending her money.
  • mmedefarge · 1 year ago
yeah--where are the 18 million? Do they know she and the bourgie princes and princesses stayed at luxury hotels? And think of the daily maintenance costs just for her person---hair, botox, industrial strength makeup, endless racks of pantsuits. I wonder how many of the caterers and other vendors who fed her entitled coterie have yet to be paid.
  • Gryphen · 1 year ago
No. I won't send you any money Hillary.

You should have stopped campaigning when you ran out of money and not charged the last part of your campaign in the vain and doomed attempt to stay in long enough "for something to happen to Obama's candidacy".

I feel absolutely no sympathy. She cost us both time and money that should have gone toward the general election.
  • John Aravosis · 1 year ago
Wow, and to think I was tempering what I wrote int he post since I thought you guys would lecture me about "moving on." Meeeeeowwwwww... :-)
  • gustavmahler · 1 year ago
haha, John that's funny. What is not funny is that she needs money to pay off the money she spent attacking Obama and giving the right wing. Is she saying that she CANNOT help Obama until it is paid off? The way it is phrased gives me that impression. Paraphrase "If you don't help me pay down my debt, I will be unable to help Obama" WTF?
  • bosdav · 1 year ago
The enemy is John McCain. Forget about this lady. I am terrified about 4 more years of this madness. All concentration should be on getting Obama elected - legitimately, not like the current fool. I am not a fan of her but focus everything against the repubs.
  • dula · 1 year ago
Let Chelsea pay off your debt, Hillary. After all, Chelsea is a Hedge Fund Manager speculating on oil futures...you know, the practice that is artificially driving up gas prices...prices that your hard working uneducated White supporters are struggling to pay. Interesting that the loophole signed by Bill on his way out the White House door...the loophole that deregulated the CFTC allowing for the current gouging of the struggling Working Class...is the loophole that is allowing his daughter to make hand-over-fist money in the Futures Market at the expense of the rest of us. Yeah, I think Chelsea can handle her Mommy's debt just fine.
  • SociologistTina · 1 year ago
That look on her face says it all.
  • GrMtGirl · 1 year ago
Unfortunately she continues to put her personal needs and wishes ahead of the needs of the country.

She should be concentrating on building support of Obama!
  • Smarmy · 1 year ago
Will someone put this egomaniac to rest. America has had enough of the Clintons.
