I have been shouting at the TV for days about the new Exxon ruling. If I knew that Sarah should have. I also figure that maybe by morning she will have West Nile Virus since she has been standing beside that creek for the last few days, the mosquitoes should have gotten her.

Hey, she's a hockey mom, she's married to a union oilfield worker who does the iditarod, she beat both the democrat ex-governor and incumbent repub to become governor. Does she have to walk on water also?

She could've grabbed onto an easy one: the 2005 Supreme Court decision allowing governments to take private land for business development. So many people hated that decision, and they would've liked that she mentioned it.

I'm beginning to wonder if they're throwing her to CBS for interviews without any prep to make her look more stupid so that her more rehearsed answers at the debate will show her "remarkable grasp of the issues".
Palin reminds me of many empty-headed dolts I've worked for and with that are all style and no substance. When she and McCain loose, she'll have a great career as a talking head pundit for the Right on Fox.

It sounds to me like she is setting up Biden for the debates. Nobody in public life could be that stupid. Only worse thing she could have said is "Supreme Court? First time I heard the Supremes called that."
I thought McCain similarly set up Obama for the first debate. I expected him to be drooling, in a wheelchair with someone in a white nurse's uniform pushing the wheelchair. Obama probably worked very hard not to be suckered, but regardless he had to have very low expectations of McCain in the debate.

On second thought, I take that back. Pretty clear that Rice's primary function is to lead Bush to the restrooms in the White House and wipe him afterwards. Bush doesn't know the way to the restrooms, let alone who the Supreme Court is or nsmr any decisions they've made.
