I hate Bush, first of all, but if he wants to drink a beer, that's his business. (And it was his business and his only even when he was President.)
Second, this is a non-alcoholic beer, so it doesn't matter. The level of alcohol in there is negligible, and there's nothing you can say to change that. Bush didn't sit there and chug 50 of them, so it's a non-issue.
