After seeing Obama on CNN yesterday, I'm convinced that he has real greatness within him, with his emphasis on the people of this country, not his own ambition. The lobbyists and Wall St. are quaking in their boots, and it's about time we swept this country of the influence peddling and greedheads, and take this country back for ourselves. And we have an opportunity to sweep Congress of the enablers and collaborators who have led us down the road to perdition, not only in this election but in future ones.
Haven't had so much hope in many, many years.

To olderandwiser: I verymuch agree with you. I have always seen that quality in him. I started out supporting Hillary, but soon I began to see her selfish and hateful nature, and then when she started telling proven lies, I knew I could never and will not vote for her as a lier and a deceiver that she has proven herself to be. Barack is sincere and genuine. The dem. party needs to stop her, before she destroys him; which I am sure is her aim.

Clinton's campaign stops needs to be littered with questions as to the fact that she will lose and needs to exit the race. Pie shots, soft rotten tomoato shots and/or rottens egg shot would be fun on film. Time for the Homer Stokes treatment for poor old Hillary .
So, I guess the Clintons' latest campaign tactics mean they've given up on the largest segment of the American people, Obama supporters? Maybe they can move over to the White People's Party soon....that seems like it's all they have left.
People of all colors haven't fought the myth of white superiority for this long to see an incredible candidate for all the people fade into obscurity by the very strategy that has kept so many down for so long.

Why Black Votes Don't Matter
"Senator Clinton continues to demonstrate that she has what it takes to win the Presidency ... while Senator Obama does well in areas and demographic groups that the Democratic nominee will win anyway," - [Rep. Debbie] Wasserman-Schultz.
The online grassroots organization, ColorOfChange, today urged its members to begin a phone onslaught of the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee, in a protest against what it views as Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s “race-baiting” remarks.
I think it's clear that Senator Clinton doesn't have the votes to become the candidate. I think she ought to bow out gracefully. I wish, though, that people wouldn't be so hostile about her. I'm tired of reading the rants. What she's done in her attampts to gain the nomination wouldn't get a nod if done by a man.

Wooo Hooo! The b/f & I are getting our ballots filled out tonight! I just talked to my 72 year old neighbor btw,, who was originally a Clinton supporter but just turned her ballot in for Obama. The recent months of cattiness and dirty tricks totally switched her vote to someone more genuine. Man do I love seeing Hillary's base slip in front of my very eyes.
I'm also from a very rural area that supposedly will go Clinton or McCain. Yet every older white Republican male I talk to, either wants or is open to - Obama - over either of the other two.... ;)
