Mmmm, bet Recon's rubbing their hands together right about now (great opening for GayRomeo, too). Funny thing though, Manhunt's number one because they've got a good site. Good interface, good value for membership, really good search options. I've got no problem with gay Republicans. I am at a loss as to why one would support McCain. Oh, and don't forget to click the banner ads at the top of Manhunt to ask the advertisers if they're supporting McCain also.

Well, let me tell you.....cue the chirping crickets....nada, nothing, zilch. And after looking at some of the profiles, I was actually relieved. My first thought was, "What would be the reaction of McCain's supporters and campaign?" My second thought was, "What would be the reaction of Manhunt users when they found out that their website was hosted by a Republican and part of their money was going to the McCain campaign?" My third thought was that my second thought didn't matter because there are so many closeted gay Republicans who use Manhunt that they could keep the owner rolling in dough for a long, long time!

John, you are smart. Your website is great. But how could this be shocking to you? Money trumps EVERYTHING. And if gays/blacks/women -- any minority -- thinks the GOP will help them save more of their money, that's it for them. The poor GOPers are another story -- they are just stupid.

thats why i created a site to give people another option than the almighty manhunt, that takes money from everyone without giving any back to the community. GETHOOKED.NET is new and 20% of its proceeds once it starts charging will go to HIV research and will cater to the gay people of this country not betray them for popularity among those who would have us imprisoned for being normal DOWN WITH MANHUNT!!!!!!!
