Interesting this hasn't gotten more traction in the news, or should I say ANY traction. yesterday when the story first came out, a google search of "sambo beat the bitch" (in quotes to narros it down) showed 84 entries on the web. Today there are over 1300. However when you click over to google news search, nothing, nothing yesterday and nothing today. Strange. I'm still sending it to news outlets as a story, maybe someone will take it and run with it. I truly think this could really throw them off their game. Just getting them to have to deny it would put it out there...

The MSM would need to verify this. Better yet, find additional witnesses. Until then, I think it's a hot potato. We need to be careful with this.

Where there's smoke, there's fire, unless it's a ratf@#$ trap.
If she was truly willing to cooperate before, they might now be trying to enlarge this into an epic, so that it's a huge win when trooper takes the stand and says, 'Yeah, I now admit that I really did threaten the life of my father-in-law."

The Rethugs can kill or intimidate everyone who ever dealt with Caribou Agnew...Streams and rivers so full of corpses the salmon will gag and decide life is pretty pointless and return to sea...But, really will they fool anyone? If folks seem a bit rattled by the Sarah ex Machina, it's likely because gobs of Decider-quieted but still card carrying gopper slugs have crawled out of their caves for a spate of premature smugness before their long, long post Bush/Cheney hibernation begins. Sometimes an excess of Christ-like good will leaves lefties pussified in the face of satanically rabid gooper venom and spit. Don't fear them. Pity these pitiful, uneducated patsies in their cheap slave-made clothes with bellies full of rancid cloned meat. Most have been mind-adjusted military-industrial wage slaves for all their lives and are actually comfortable with brutal outward manifestations and cover-ups of their innermost fears and failures. Talk is very cheap but the echo chamber is heavily damaged.

She abuses power.
She lies.
She covers up.
She denies science.
She associates with extremist political and religious groups.
And maybe she shares another characteristic of today's Republican Party. Check out this link:
A Republican politician has the best of both worlds. They have a crowd of people around them willing to do anything the politician wants in order for the pol to pass harsh laws. They are willing to legislate against the "little people. Then, when that same politician can't live up to those very same laws they are lionized by their sheep and we are told they are just human. They scream politics whenever the harsh laws they helped put into place bite them in the ass. Funny, but the rest of us don't get to cry, "Politics!" and get forgiven. Our asses go to jail.

LittleGreenFootballs on Palin and her Creationism:
"If you don’t want to turn the clock back to medieval times and deny most of modern science, then according to Answers in Genesis you’re a damned atheist. And you can’t be neutral, or believe in God and evolution; it’s creationism or hell.
This is how they manipulate the gullible. It’s disturbing and cult-like."
Obama current popular vote at 50% and electoral estimate at 310. First pop vote poll I've seen at 50%.

I've been seeing this website (538) alot lately, how accurate is it? Seems almost too good to be true everytime I see it. I wondered if it's slanted left and if the right has their own version that shows a different total that favors McCain? Don't want to get my hopes up too much right now....haha

Oh, admitedly left slanted. Remember, always run like you are losing. I use several different sites. Some left, some right, some tally of all polls.

Any predictions as to whether or not McCain will dump Sarah "Troopergate" Palin? If so, who will replace her?
At this point, I hope he doesn't, because she's becoming a drag on his campaign. Reporters will be asking him about it and her, if she ever shows up. I hope protestors bearing signs show up at his speeches and rallies. He may just blow his top on camera.
Meanwhile, Cheney is in central Asia, talking to, what else, oil companies.
Disgusting.

Dump her? I wouldn't think so after going to such great lengths to satisfy Rove, Dobson and others to excite the base. Dump her and lose the base? Doubt it. Unless there was some serious transgression of conservative values like a member of her family was found to have been a community organizer or a vegetarian

McCain's new, updated version of Keating Five:
FDIC just closed Andrew McCain's Silver State Bank. Andrew was a director of this bank and it's pre-merger Arizona bank. He resigned from Board a month or so ago. He knew. It happened under his watch!
It'll only cost the FDIC about $500,000,000 to clean up Andrew's mess. Someone should ask proud papa John McCain about this. I thought the economy was in good shape???

McBrilliant's only hope is to fake voters out with his war hero story. That's all he's got. This is an exerpt from one of Glenn Greenwald's latest articles...read it all -
"The Republicans are well aware that they can't possibly win the election if it is even partially decided based on issues. They need and intend to win despite the fact that Americans hate their positions on the issues, and to do that, they want to ensure that a majority of Americans love and respect the strong, honorable, principled, culturally familiar all-American mavericks John McCain and Sarah Palin (even if they don't agree with them on everything) while strongly disliking that wishy-washy, snooty, foreign, exotic, self-absorbed Eastern elitist Barack Obama (even if he says the right things on issues)."

let me make sure i'm clear on this: palin is under investigation for allegedly firing an appointed official because that official wouldn't fire a cop. now, in response, the mcccain campaign is moving to fire the state senator investigating the manner. i don't even know how to express my incredulity at this.

When Palin became mayor of Wasilla, the city had zero long-term debt. When she left office, every citizen of the town was responsible for $2,938 for long-term debt. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2008 the population of the United States of America is 305,500,000 people. If we project that Palin as Vice-President casts the fiscal pixie dust of her "executive experience" over the U.S. population the way she did as Mayor of Wasilla, we can anticipate that her tenure will leave the people ot this nation with over $900 billion of additional long-term debt--almost a trillion dollars.
