    Brilliant commercial!

Love the gentle slam. Now, AK should get busy and indict this POS.

She will have to change his Depends, too.

Is this the first Obama-approved spot to go after Palin? If so, it's doing it at a low volume. Maybe just enough volume, though, in the last 6 days. She has had a free ride for two months from Obama's "hands-off" policy.

I'd say Obama's strategy on Palin has paid off beautifully. "Let Palin be Palin" is what has hanged her the last 2 months.

Like someone said, Palin is like that immediate infatuation you had with someone until you found out how they really were...and then you couldn't get rid of them fast enough.

I guess it all depends on where they run it.

Too many words too little sound. It's a nice concept but it just didn't work for me due to the lack of sound - I don't think many people want to read that many words in a commercial. It's a 30 second spot, not a novel.

Sorry, but I just thought this took a great concept but didn't do much with it.

All you need are a few subtle ideas and they begin to add up to a complete picture. I loved this ad. I sure can't complain about Obama's campaign strategy.

What was good about the clip was that it wasn't necessary to read all of the text to get the picture. The imagery in any portion of text conveys the mistake that McCain made by choosing Palin, the wink from whom sealed the deal.

That lovely music for the Obama commercials is by the band The Weepies. Brilliant melodies and beautiful harmonies.
Check them out if you get a chance. http://www.theweepies.com/

Looks like a good ad to me.

I guess Palin's negatives are so high now that they don't have to worry about a backlash for taking a shot a her.

Not sure I'd run it in southern Ohio, tho.

It's a good ad, however it needs to end with a tag line, like 'That's not putting America First". And point out how cynical a choice she is. Some people will look at that on the right and think it validates McCain's choice. It needs a better ending. It cannot end with Palin winking.....

But decent ad none the less

Is this even necessary? Can people's opinion's of her and McCain's judgment actually go lower?
