    Good post. But who's InsideOutsider?

Neocons pretend war is free. Glenn Beck complained about the price of food stamps and Medicaid last night but wants to invade Iran

"McCain's Pork" sounds like the title of a series on Masterpiece Theatre...

I would rather spend money on that Alaskan bridge to nowhere.

All this week, Republican presidential nominee John McCain is highlighting his biography during a "Service to America" tour designed to reintroduce himself to voters. Unfortunately, with each new stop, McCain only raises disturbing new questions about his past.

    For the details, see:
    "John McCain's Bio Waste."

With the trillions down the drain in Iraq it would be cheaper to have pork at home, its the other white meat.

It doesn't make sense....GOP wants war....but doesn't want to raise any taxes...
How do they think their billion and trillion dollar wars are to be paid for?

Just leave it to our kids and grandkids?.....that's real smart....NOT

And are they preparing their kids and grandkids to be soldiers???

Glenn Beck complained about the price of food stamps and Medicaid last night?

I thought Glenn-or-Glenda Beck HATED people on food stamps and Medicaid.

Stop listening to that asshole. He's a fascist fuckhead.

"are they preparing their kids and grandkids to be soldiers???"

No, they're preparing YOURS. There won't be any jobs for them except the military by the time Chimpy gets done destroying the economy.

    good point!

    where am i?

"There won't be any jobs for them except the military by the time Chimpy gets done destroying the economy."

I agree with that and it is also the part I don't get. When the bill comes due for all the money borrowed for the occupation how are the low wage service/military jobs going to pay for it? The rich sure as hell will find a way out of paying, but the average Joe/Jill? How much longer can the day of reckoning be put off?

Rove calls Obama "coolly detached" and "arrogant"; Hillary is "calculating" and a "flawed candidate"
In the forthcoming issue of GQ, Karl Rove weighs in on all things political.

and Karl is a criminal who should be serving a prison term.

But John is "selective". He's supporting business....not humanity.

"And the $144 Billion won't build anything here at home"

Ha! You obviously haven't seen Erik Prince's new place. I'll take "Wealthy Lunatics" for $500, Alex.

    John,

Can you force Disqus to place posted comments at one end of the thread or the other? Just throwing them into a pile is, well.. disconcerting.
  • sheilerama · 1 year ago
hmmm.. this is a very helpful post....In this case, I vote for the bacon!
  • lynchie · 1 year ago
Don't forget John has not been in Washington to vote on anything. Since we pay his salary and the salary of every one of his staffer's who haven't been doing anything except covering his ass, well, you could call that pork too.
McCain does not need any pork, he is looking after the lobbyists directly with large no bid contracts and a wink and a nod to the boys in the Pentagon.
  • mr.ed · 1 year ago
Not exactly true. War is a domestic jobs program. And, it frees up new jobs as the troops are killed off. How good is that?
  • Rick · 1 year ago
From all that is obvious and apparent, it hasn't built anything in Iraq either.
  • Busboy · 1 year ago
Why is Karl being nice to Hillary?
