Meet the next generation of non-woosy, non-election-losing Democrats. I can't wait for Gen X to finally take power.

The republican policy is not borrow and spend. It is borrow and bomb. Any borrowing is ok. The only spending that is ok is military, and the more the better. Any spending on making America a better place to live is most definitely NOT ok.

He left the Republican Party in 2002? Fuck him. The party was and still is entrenched in homophobia, and about a million other disgusting endeavors, and yet he left because their propensity to borrow money? Bashing gays is okay? He should be begging our forgiveness for helping to put Bush in office. Sorry John, this time I disagree.

Madia has an openly gay brother and defended a gay soldier against the military's "don't ask, don't tell". He also supports same-sex marriage, not simply civil unions. Look at his responses here:
Thanks for the update. I still question why he was a Republican.

Call me shallow, but I think he's about the cutest candidate I've seen. Now that's not enough for a vote, but in his case, it's just icing on the cake.

Is Madia latino? If he is, yeah! Latinos on the rise.
Or did he say his parents are from India. If he is, yeah! I love India too! (I'm going there in November).
So what if he was a republicon ... he is NO longer. He's CHANGED!
Change is a coming. Living it and loving it!
