my personal economy has been in the toilet since the year 2000, literally. If I'd have know just how much damage W. could do I would have done some things differently, but I was spoiled by the Clinton years and really believed things were only going to get better and better. It really creeps me out to think that for people in their twenties who are financially independent this wrecked economy and perpetual illegal war is all they've ever known...dismal.
Anyhow, here is 36 seconds of sanity, the "Women Reject Palin" protest in Anchorage that was a counter-protest to the one the Palinazis held earlier that day. The estimate was 1400 people, when they were only expecting a few hundred (this was posted on Huffpo, but I wanted to share it because it's a few brief seconds of feel-good.
McCain has answers that Paulson doesn't. Paulson doesn't see a bottom and McCain does. Why isn't The Press asking him about it?
