if we want to get more children out of state and foster care and into loving homes then allowing gay couples to adopt is obvious, of course those that hate rather then love make this a fight rather then a right, but why would the con bigots think of the innocent children when their hate clouds their thinking on all issues.

The Mississippi law makes sense. It's clear common sense that one parent is better for children than two parents. Besides, the smaller the family, the less you have to share the family values, and therefore, the greater each family member's share of said values. China has it only partly right with the one-child policy, but Mississippi has achieved perfection with the one-parent policy. Brilliant!

I thought for a nano-second I woke up in an alternative universe where logic, reason, compassion, love, productivity and altruism were the order of the day. Why here was a Judge making a decision based on LAW and on REASON and on LOGIC and EQUALITY and EQUITY.

That we are even having this discussion not only does not border on the insanity it is the very definition of it.

What in the hell does "rational basis" have to do with quashing one's civil rights, especially if you are in the minority. Maybe someone with a legal mind can drop in and explain this one. I thought the burden for quashing civil rights was a tad bit higher then "rational basis".

don't give two shits for a woman's rights - all they really
care about is CONTROL, as in keeping the rest of us
under their greasy thumbs.

the time has come for every one of us to decide: are
we going to stand and fight for our rights or are we
going to sit back and allow others to be forced to
dance to the tune of these haters? I know my choice,
I will stand solidly with my brothers and sisters until
EVERYBODY has the same rights as the typical white
Anglo-Saxon male. (who is the typical conservative's
