AMERICAblog: More backlash on McCain's "churlish" attacks -- from the GOP

  • Ben Dover · 1 year ago
Someone should also tell Grampa McSame that governing our United States takes much, much more than talk about the "surge". In McSame World there is War, Only War, More War and his ever popular 100 Years of War.
So far McSame has offered little to nothing as far as domestic polices that would help REAL American families and not just the upper $100 million dollar pill-poppin' Sugar Momma's of the Realm.
McSame's constant lies, phony smile and lack of coherent knowledge of practically anything and everything makes him absolutely unsuitable for the office of the presidency or even keeping his Senate seat.

I wonder who pulled babysitting duties this week; Lieberman or Graham?
  • Rab · 1 year ago
Classic McCrazy, when you have nothing to offer, attack the other guy. Norm "Shrub" Coleman is doing the same to jAl Franken. Nothing about the issues and the fact he was in the hands of the shrub, its all about Al's career as a comedian thats important. The sheep gotta wake up or the nation is headed for the toilet.

"...adding that the ad over the hospital visit is churlish..."

Yes, it's churlish and that's because Rove's fingerprints are all over this ad.

McCain is incapable of becoming a "Happy Warrier" He has a huge ego and cannot bear the fact that he is losing. The more the polls swing toward Obama, the more vicious he will become. Anger overwhelms his thinking process . . . that will finish him!
  • barts · 1 year ago
MaCain is already nasty and ill-tempered. Now he has Karl Rove to enhance his attributes. Rove is calling the shots and using his tactics that he thinks got Bush elected in 2004: swiftboating Obama's record and attacking his character and just about everything Obama does or doesn't do.

MaCain attacked Obama for not visiting the troops while he was in Germany. But he would have attacked Obama if had, saying that he did it for political purposes.

I wonder how Grampa McSame is going to react to the news that a surge of voters are, nationally by some 9 points, picking Sen. Obama over Grampa?
  • Mark in Florida · 1 year ago
I am predicting double digits by wednesday this week.

    Churlish, juvenile, petty, vicious...

Just what you'd expect from Karl Rove and his kind.

MaCain: "Surge! Surge! Surge! Obama eats children and wants to kill our troops to be President..Aaaaah!"

MaCain: "Obama hates gas! I want war even if I can't be a president! Aaaaah!"

McHero has been on the government tit his whole life, getting out of the military he became a politician and has had free health care, pension, and the perks for his whole life. He has never held a real job, but he did recognize that if he wanted to live easy find a rich woman, dump the family and first wife and let her pay for everything.
His grasp of reality lacks the reality part.

As far a happy warrior, does that mean he smiles when he kills civilians and babies.

Nothing says "God Bless America" like the sight of dead Iraqi children flying through the air like rag dolls after being hit with one of our "smart" bombs.
  • Mark in Florida · 1 year ago
    OUCH!
  • TomJoad · 1 year ago
Amazing that we "buy" all those unverified assumptions. Happy Warrior was a pretty bad pilot....downing 4 or 5 planes. Heard other stories of his jetwash ruining a plane behind him. etc. Not a lot of good judgement, including that the problem about vietnam was "will to win". The problem was it was an immoral and totally bullshit war as far as the "reasoning", it was about like Iraq today. Bullshit reason.

On top of that, how many damn times has someone from the Bush administration talked about turning a corner? You suddenly believe it NOW? The Nation has an article pointing out this is just a lull of which we've had many, because you see, folk involved are strategizing. They don't feel any need to press with violence ALL the time. Sometimes it is to their advantage to lay low...well, guess what happens when they judge it is time to be "heard"? They didn't all suddenly fall in love with each other (or the US).

Just because McIdiot says it enough times, doesn't make it any more so than when Rove does.

Obama ought to simply respond once to the stupid media and McCain bullshit about "he didn't visit the troops..." etc, etc, and then move on. The most of us see the stupid attacks as just what they are.

I have heard he has symptoms of sun-downers syndrome. This is why his medical records aren't being touched.
  • Mark in Florida · 1 year ago
McSame displays the symptoms perfectly. If you look up the symptoms, it's McSAME to a T.

Mclame is an evil disgusting man. And he is no hero. He is a disgrace to all of the "true heroes" from the U.S. If anyone takes the time to read Mclame's history, going back to college and through the present time and can still say he is an "honorable" man they are too biased by the repugs and the msm. There will be some who will still worship Mclame no matter what they hear or read. But hopefully some will come to their senses and realize that with Mclame in the White House the U.S. would be no more. I can't say enough times....this man is evil. He wants this presidency so badly he will do anything, say anything, lie about anything and kill anybody. I just don't understand how anyone can believe he is worthy of the highest position in this free world. Perhaps these people are as evil as Mclame. God help us if they are.

The same way they think Bushie II is. We have to change our tactics this go around. The general public knew that Bush is an idiot, cokehead, and wasn't really in the military but they voted none-the-less. We have to stoop to their level of smear/fear to whipe out McCain. Obama's name/position alone isn't going to do it. McCain is a traitor (he sung like a canary in Vietnam) who left his first wife and children when she was handicapped, he is a warmonger, he is one of the only Senators to use blatant profanity on the floor, he is uber-tied to Bush and the war, and most of all--HE IS BECOMING SENILE. His medical records are the key.
  • ron071 · 1 year ago
jcgraham is on to some relevant details. Why haven't McCain's military records been made public? Surely a hero would want that to happen. Why not McCain? Why was the " release " of a screened few pages of his medical records released to a few selected reporters for a very limited time with no copies possible? Why is this too being hidden? There's always a reason to hide.

Daily Quotes from Ms Thang Rodeo Queen Pill Poppin' Sugar Mama Cindy McSame,
"Oh I know how to control Johnny's temper! I bought him an electric dog collar this weekend and whenever I see his neck turning red, I just zap him a few volts and he stops talking for a moment. Then I feed him some words through his ear piece. We did have a slight problem the day the wiring got crossed between the collar and the earpiece. But that's all set now."

anyone with eyes can see that the troops love Obama and vice versa...

Being a Happy Warrior just isn't in McCain's nature. Perhaps it was, early on in his political career, but he just comes off like a bitter old man these days. I just don't think the American public wants to listen to a bitter old man the next four years.
  • Rob Mule · 1 year ago
Man, is that McStain attack spot with the voice-cracking teen announcer the morning clowns played to death this AM was a C or C+ effort at best, even with cheap home software. Also took me a second to recognize Johnny's glamour shot portraiture at the spot's conclusion (shown by MSTIM but not the Chicken Noodle Network)...Très airbrush!!!
  • KarenMrsLloydRichards · 1 year ago
"Churlish" IS like McCain; in fact, no one does "churlish" better than Johnny Mac.
  • Mark in Florida · 1 year ago
McSAME is reaching into the 'swift boat' bag...and guess what folks. It only makes him look rediculous and psychizophrenic.

He looks like Mr. Wilson yelling at those medling kids to get off of his front lawn. Truly pathetic.

I want to see McSAME's head blow off with anger in the debates....you know it's going to happen.

I predict big bounce by Wednesday. Double digit lead. You heard it here first!
  • ron071 · 1 year ago
The analogy is one akin to the theme of Dr. Jekel and Mr. Hyde. Who will McCain be today? His campaign is out of control and he just gives us that sickly smirk which he thinks covers all sins. PATHETIC!
