AMERICAblog: More newspaper endorsements for Obama

Hurray! And now, sleepness nights are upon me...

Right? I won't be able to watch the news until this Thursday or Friday.

Not that it much matters. Anyone who is yet undecided probably hasn't read a newspaper since it was a high school class assignment, and maybe even then didn't read it.

My local newspaper, the Bucks County Courier-Times, also endorsed Obama, in addition to our Representative, Patrick Murphy. Usually, they allow more reactionary nonsense, such as the cartoonist Michael Ramirez, and columnists George F Will, Cal Thomas, and Deroy Murdock, on their opinon page than I can tolerate.

The first one on your list...the Pasadena Star News...(my hometown paper...) is usually ultra conservative, so their endorsement of Obama comes as a big surprise!

I'd have to say the Obama yard signs / bumper stickers in my neighborhood outnumber the McCain signs at by at least 3 to 1.

I'm cautiously optimistic. (the Diebold factor gives me doubts)

The Pasadena Star News is also my hometown paper and I'm thrilled that they are endorsing Obama but they don't support Measure TT - the measure to bring our school buildings up to a respectable standard. That is deplorable.

I need a really good belly laugh. Why not publish a list of the newspaper endorsements for McCain? No, on second thought, that might be dangerous. Half the nation would laugh so hard they laugh themselves to death, unable to breathe, their diaphram spasming until they suffocate. Then those left will be the idiot right wingers who will vote for McCain and give him him the election. Yeah, safer to hold off until after the elections.

Just replay the Punk'd Palin audio again and listen to the giggling school girl who thought she had a major world leader on the phone calling just for her.

You can add the Arizona Daily Star, Tucson's major morning paper, to Obama's list. Endorsement yesterday.

    Go, Pa-lin! Go, Pa-lin!

    No, seriously, GO -- away.
